THE NACOGDOCHES HISTORIC LANDMARK PRESERVATION COMMITTEE WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MONDAY, July 2, 2012 AT 5:15 P.M. IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, AT 202 EAST PILAR STREET TO CONSIDER:

1. Call to Order.

2. Approval of minutes: June 4, 2012 Regular Session.

3. Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness to enclose a carport for the property at 2700 N. Pecan St. This request was made by Victor Duran. COA 2012-015.

4. Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness add a portico on the back at the structure located at 526 E. Pillar St. This request was made by Catherine Wilson. COA 2012-019.

5. Consider reimbursement of Historic Restoration Grant for the structure located at 730 N. Mound St. This request was made by Stephen and Caroline Garner. HRG 2010-002

6. PUBLIC HEARING: Consider request for demolition of the structure located at 321 W. Main Street. This request was made by Nacogdoches County. DEMO 2012-002.

7. Consider the time, place and date of next meeting.

8. Adjourn.
