In tale contesto si colloca la pubblicazione LA TRAMA E L’ORDITO, il cui scopo è quello di offrire alle imprese operanti nel settore tessile un quadro dei diversi strumenti offerti dal sistema della proprietà Industriale –disegni industriali, segreti d’impresa, brevetti, marchi, indicazioni geografiche- utile ad accrescere la forza dei prodotti tessili, dell’abbigliamento, delle calzature e dell’industria della moda, nel mercato nazionale così come all’estero. La Trama e l’Ordito vuol essere d’indirizzo per l’agire corretto e rispettoso delle regole, ma anche un’occasione per difendere e promuovere la creatività, l’innovazione e la competenza quali fattori specifici dell’eccellenza italiana. Negli ultimi cinquant’anni l’innovazione nell’industria del tessile ha rivoluzionato i suoi tre set- tori: l’abbigliamento, i tessili d’arredamento, le fibre ed i tessuti tecnici. Il Lycra ha cambiato per sempre l’industria dell’abbigliamento femminile; le tute di cotone trattate con fiamma chimica Proban nonché i legni fatti in Nomex, un tessuto resistente al fuoco, hanno salvato la vita di pom- pieri di ogni parte del mondo. L’uso di nuovi tessuti ha reso complementi d’arredo, abiti, oggetti più durevoli, confortevoli, attraenti. I mezzi messi a disposizione dai governi nazionali per la tutela e lo sfruttamento del patrimonio intellettuale delle imprese rappresentano oggi strumenti indispensabili per il miglioramento della capacità di competere di numerosi settori dell’industria italiana, non ultima l’industria del tessile e dell’abbigliamento. Oggi la fonte principale del vantaggio di un’impresa concorrenziale risiede sempre più nella ca- pacità di sfruttare il proprio capitale intangibile, inteso quale serbatoio di potenzialità, risorse, creatività e conoscenze cui le imprese attingono per aumentare la capacità di produrre innova- zione, creatività, differenziazione e, in ultima analisi, migliorare la propria posizione competitiva nei confronti dei concorrenti nazionali ed esteri. It does not guarantee any item or effect any product warranties given. ACCUMOLD A process in the manufacture of holsters and many other products from Bianchi. The make-up of Accumold is a laminate material which includes an outer layer of tough nylon fabric, a layer of polyfoam and an inner layer of liner material bonded together under heat and pressure. The resulting product retains its shape well and is not significantly deformed by weight or pressure of its contents. ACCUMOLD ELITE Accumold Elite is similar to Accumold in the manufacturing process except the outer layer is a smooth material that looks like leather. ANILINE A colorless, oily liquid with an aromatic, pungent odor. It is used, among many other things, in the manufacture of resins, varnishes, printing inks, cloth marking inks, explosives and dyes. CABRETTA A leather produced from the skins of sheep that have hair instead of wool i.e., straight-haired sheepskins. The leather is produced in China, South America and Africa. This material offers all of the features required to manufacture gloves, which include a thin tough structure giving strength and dexterity and is hard wearing and comfortable. Much of the tanned product comes from Pittards Tannery in England. CLARINO Manufactured by Kuraray Co. Ltd., Clarino is a man-made, synthetic leather which offers several surface types which, among others, include high gloss and a suede surface texture. The suede is used in gloves and is soft and flexible, breaths like leather and is washable and easy to care for.
