DAY 1 - BOSTON-MEXICO CITY : Depart Logan Airport aboard a flight to Mexico City. Transfer upon arrival in Mexico City to the Fiesta Americana Reforma Hotel (or similar). This evening enjoy a "Welcome Drink" prior to dinner. Overnight. (D)

DAY 2 - MEXICO CITY : Breakfast. During the morning, we will roam the main streets and avenues of Mexico City. Visit the main square (called Zocalo), and the National Palace in which we will admire the magnificent frescoes of Diego Rivera. The frescoes narrate, through images, the most important events of Mexican history of the past three centuries. We will see the Chapultepec Park, the "Plaza de las 3 Culturas", the Museum of Anthropology, as well as the Cathedral. Overnight. (B)

DAY 3 - BASILICA-TEOTIHUACAN : Breakfast. This morning, our tour first takes us to the "Plaza of the Three Cultures, an archaeological site that represent three distinct building periods in Mexican architecture. Next, we will visit the Basilica (Sanctuary of Guadalupe), where we will see the original image of the Virgin Mary as she appeared on a simple piece of fabric belonging to the Indian Juan Diego. We will see both basilicas, the one of the XVIII century and the one devoted to the virgin almost three decades ago. On a modern highway we will reach the site of Teotihuacan "where men became gods'. During our tour, we will have the time and opportunity to climb the amazing Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon as well as to visit the Palace of Quetzal-Butterfly, the Feather-Snake-temple, and the Avenue of the Death as well as the Citadel. Return to our hotel. Overnight. (B)

DAY 4 - MEXICO CITY--TAXCO : Breakfast and hotel check-out prior to our departure for Cuernavaca - "The Place of the Eternal Spring". Arriving this city, bathed in bougainvilleas, we will visit the oldest cathedral in Mexico which dates from the time of the first viceroy. We will then continue serpentine highway that winds its way west across the Sierra Madre Mountains, through picturesque valleys and groves of pine trees, ultimately arriving in Taxco, known as "The Silver City". Check-in at the Hotel Monte Taxco (or similar). The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore on our own or do some shopping. Dinner and overnight. (B, D)

DAY 5 -TAXCO-ACAPULCO : Breakfast and check-out. Guided panoramic sightseeing tour of Taxco, one of the most amazing towns in all of Mexico! Then, we are off for our final destination Acapulco! Check-in at the Hotel Emporio Acapulco (or similar). Dinner and overnight. (B, D)

DAY 6 - ACAPULCO : Breakfast is included at our hotel. We will have a city tour in this beautiful seaside resort. Then we are off to see the world famous cliff divers. Overnight. (B)

DAY 7 - ACAPULCO : After breakfast at our hotel, we have a full day at leisure to relax on the beach, play some golf, explore on our own, or do some shopping! Overnight. (B)

DAY 8 – ACAPULCO-BOSTON: Breakfast and hotel check-out. Transfer to the airport to board our return flight to Boston. (B)
