All bags, backpacks, or packages will be inspected prior to entering. TICKET INFORMATION Military Promotional Tickets 1. At a Universal Orlando Front Gate Ticket Window, you must present a valid Military Photo ID matching the name of the Guest listed on the voucher. 2. You will also be required to present the Confirmation # (External ID#) listed below the barcode on the confirmation page. 3. If requested please provide the phone number you supplied at the time of your ticket purchase. These tickets are available for any four (4) calendar days between date of purchase and late December, 2020. Maximum of six (6) tickets per military ID may be purchased and activated at a time Active Duty, Retired Mil, National Guard, Reservists and U.S. Coast Guard (with valid military ID) Spouses of Eligible Service Members and DoD Civilians also qualify with valid and active ID These tickets are not available to Contractors or Foreign Military . NO blackout dates. Tickets include four (4) days of admission to select live entertainment venues in Universal CityWalk. Tickets must be used by same person on any and all days (non-transferable). Military promotional tickets are not available for purchase at Universal Orlando theme park front gate ticket windows (tickets ONLY available at military base ticket offices or Shades of Green military resort). Unless otherwise stated, does not include admission to separately ticketed events at any of the Universal theme parks or within any of the CityWalk venues, Universal Cinemark, the Blue Man Group show or Hollywood Drive-In Golf, and parking or discounts on food or merchandise. All Other Tickets WILL CALL KIOSK TICKET PICKUP REQUIRED. 1. At the Universal Orlando theme park entrances, look for the Will Call Kiosks signage. At the kiosk machine, you must swipe a credit or debit card matching the last name of the Guest listed on your ticket for identity verification only. (Your card will not be charged.) 2. Scan the barcode above the confirmation number on the kiosk scanner or enter the complete confirmation number listed below the barcode on your ticket. 3. If the kiosk asks for a phone number, please enter the number supplied at the time of purchase. 1 Day Ticket Pricing varies by date and does NOT include Volcano Bay as a park option.
