This method provides for the acquisition of necessary labor, supplies, and other services of a recurring nature that cannot be sufficiently identified, predetermined, or qualified in advance. This contract shall utilize an award fee provision for the work being performed. The Contractor is required to furnish all the services identified in the Statement of Work. These services shall be ordered in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses entitled "Ordering," "Order Limitations," and "Indefinite Quantity" found in Section I. The Government's obligation for the indefinite quantity is limited to that specified in Clause B.3. (End of Clause) B.3 ID1Q GUARANTEED MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM QUANTITY OF WORK (a) The guaranteed minimum contract value of work that will be ordered under this contract, and which will be initiated through the issuance of cost-reimbursable task orders shall be $150,000.

This doc concentrates on some of the key players in the Black metal scene and investigates the influences, characters, art and the often-disturbing belief systems that are present in this morbidly engaging world. We hear the case against Christianity and its inherent disrespect for other cultures. American imperialism, consumerism and the tabloids also get it in the neck. Often the music takes a back seat to the sensational events that are discussed. But there’s enough to sate anyone from the darkside. The main Norwegian bands featured are Mayhem, Burzum, Darkthrone, a wave of metal acts that take their cue from metal veterans Venom and Celtic Frost – with that regimented sound of distorted guitars, double-kick drums and the kind of vocals that make one want to eat one’s own ears. A healthily objective viewpoint is achieved by the directors who take matters pretty seriously, though at times, it’s the interviewees who seem to find the bizarre incidents almost amusing. As a result, these recordings differ in more ways than simply length, because there are “long song” characteristics that distinguish this music. In order to better discuss these characteristics, it was important to develop a method for visually depicting songs in a manner that clearly outlines each groove. These “groove analyses” are used to discuss each piece of music in detail. As a result, groove is a primary point of discussion throughout this study, because most long song characteristics are directly linked to this quality within music. This type of analysis is explained in detail, and afterwards, it is utilized throughout much of the dissertation. It is also hypothetically possible that the structures and techniques in question can impact the listener’s perception of time when used outside of the context of a long song. A simple experiment was run in order to better understand how these concepts influence a person’s sense of duration, and the results were promising and demonstrated trends that merit further research.
