The Board endorses the 2nd edition of the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) Corporate Governance Council’s Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations with 2010 Amendments (“ASX Principles”) originally issued by the ASX Corporate Governance Council in August 2007. Set out below is a table describing the various ASX Principles and statements as to the Company’s compliance or otherwise with them. Terms used in the table have the meanings given to them in the ASX Principles unless otherwise defined.
