The Board endorses the 2nd edition of the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) Corporate Governance Council’s Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations with 2010 Amendments (“ASX Principles”) originally issued by the ASX Corporate Governance Council in August 2007.
