To support this work we wanted to gain an understanding of the youth forums / young people groups that already exist across West Yorkshire and Harrogate. A mapping exercise was undertaken and this report provides a summary of that exercise. 2.0 Method used to collate data A survey (see appendix A) was sent out on 22nd May 2018 to a wide range of organisations that provide support for young people across West Yorkshire and Harrogate. Reminder emails were sent out on a number of occasions to encourage people to complete the survey. The deadline for completed surveys was 27th June 2018.
