1. ARRIVING TO NOVALJA WITH »SONUS / COLLEGIUM« AIRPORT TRANSFER

After arriving to the airport at the »Arrivals« find a member of the Collegium Team holding the board »Sonus Festival«, who will direct you to the bus. Bus will be marked with a SONUS FESTIVAL and COLLEGIUM sign.

VERY IMPORTANT: Transfer duration depends on the ferry boat schedule and stopovers. There is a possibility of combining transfers (eg. Treviso - Marco Polo – Trieste - Novalja) if not enough passengers applied.

In case of any delay Collegium will not be held responsible for missed flights, trains, buses or any other mean of transport. Transfer changes are possible until 13th Aug 2015, after this date requests will not be processed any more.

If you miss your transfer because you are late, you will have to pay the full price for the next available transfer.

The coach will not wait in case of your plane delay.

Passenger can enter the bus only with a confirmation letter which received after booking / voucher. The letter should be printed and handed over to a transfer official. If you have booked a return transfer, you should print both confirmation letters.

Passengers are asked to hold their travel documents (passport, I.D.) with them if transfer requires boarder crossing (all transfers except; from/to Zagreb, Split, )

It is not possible to travel under the influence of alcohol or drink alcohol inside the buses. Toilet is not in use during transfer.

All transfers will head directly to Novalja bus station. Accros the main bus station will also be the airport transfers departure point (marked on map below).

If you intend to arrive after the check-in hours / require late check-in, please send us an e-mail on [email protected] with following info: •name and surname •booking holder name and surname •booking number Please note that NO CHECK-IN will take place after 11:00pm unless previously requested / notified. When checking in please have prepared in advance: * BOOKING CONFIRMATION * PASSPORT or ID PHOTOCOPIES of ALL the guests staying in the accommodation (very important!!) * VOUCHER After check-in, you will be escorted to the apartment, where you will have to pay the security deposit of 20€ -50€ per person depending of the cat- egory of your accommodation. The security deposit will be paid directlly to the apartment owner. We kindly ask you to prepare the exact ammount. The deposit will be returned to you from the apartment owner when checking out, unless there has been any damage to the apartments (according to the House Rules). The deposit can be paid in Euro, Croatian Kunas or English Pounds. 3. FESTIVAL CAMP

Check-in into festival camp will take place at the Festival camp.

FROM 14.08.2015 TO 18.08.2015 FROM 1:00 PM TO 10:00 PM

The campsite is located around 20 minutes walk from Novalja bus station, and is served by a festival shuttle bus 24 hours a day in to the festival site and Novalja.

Please note the campsite has strict rules on check in and there is NO CHECK IN after 10:00 PM if this is NOT notice in advance.

At the at the main bus station in Novalja, you will be redirected to yellow festival shuttle bus line, which will takes you to the campsite. The camp- site is Camp Strasko which is located about 5 minutes drive from Novalja bus station: Camp Strasko, Zeleni put, 53291, Novalja, .

Clients who booked camping + tent. The tent will be set up before your arrival. At the camping check in point you need to pay 20€ / person deposit for the tent. Before check out you need to dismantle your tent.

Please bring your accommodation voucher / confirmation with you when you check in.

General campsite Information •Reception open from 7:00 am – 10:00pm •Lockers available for personal belongings •Phone charging points available •Showers and toilets on site •Drinking water available •Beautiful beachside location. •24 hour shuttle service to festival site •There is no campsite car park on site, but there is unsecured parking available nearby

CAMPING CHECK OUT You will need to depart by midday of your day of departure. We do please ask that you leave the campsite as you found it, so please use the provided bins for rubbish and recycling.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask at the campsite reception- they will be happy to help! 4. FESTIVAL SHUTTLE

• Festival shuttle will run from all the major local towns in to Zrce Beach where Sonus Festival is based • Unlimited access on any of the routes, so if you have friends staying in another town you’ll be able to visit them for no extra cost • Festival shuttle runs from 1pm on the 15th Aug 2015 • Use your wristband to take you to your final departure from Novalja Bus Station whichever day you leave (please note the shuttle stops running on 22th Aug) • It will not be possible to enter the shuttle bus without the wristband. You will be able to purchase a festival shuttle bus wristband on Festival Shuttle counter on Zrće Beach. • If a festival shuttle pass has already purchased in advance, you can collect your wristband at the »Festival Shuttle« counter on Zrće Beach.

WE RECOMMEND: To avoid queuing on arrival, you can purchase the Festival Shuttle Wristband in advance from: http://bit.ly/festival_shuttle 5. DEPARTING FROM ISLAND OF / CHECK OUT

On the day of departure you must vacate the apartment by 10 am. If your transportation (to the airport) is at later time the apartment owner will store your luggage upon request. When leaving, the apartment will be checked and you will be given back the security deposit paid at the arrival.

THOSE WITH AIRPORT TRANSFER FROM NOVALJA ALREADY PAID must be at least 30 min prior to departure of the bus on the main Bus station in Novalja or Zrče Travel Agency.

• CLIMATE, TEMPERATURE…AND SUITABLE CLOTHES: - …the average air temperature this time of the year is 25-33°C, and the average sea temperature around 20- 23°C. We still recommend that you bring along some warmer clothes (you never know). - …please do not forget to bring sun lotion, sun glasses, sun hats,… • CURRENCY: KUNA (approximate rates: 1 £ = 10 HRK; 1 EURO = 7,6 HRK, 1 USD = 5.94 HRK,…) There are Currency exchange offices at accomodation chek in point, banks and ATM machines…. All venues, discotheques, restaurants… will accept Kunas only. • MEDICAL SERVICES: All the cost of medical expenses must be paid immediately. In case of emergency dial 112. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance that covers the medical assistance abroad. • VALUABLES: we do recommend that you do not take any valuables with you unless necessary. • : Time zone of Croatia is GMT + 1 • LANGUAGE: The official language is Croatian, but most people speak (decent) English. • SAFETY: Croatia is a relatively safe country, but we still recommend that you look after your personal belongings and your luggage. Check with the accommodation owner if there is a chance of renting a safe.

7. HOUSE RULES / APARTMENTS

We want everyone to have fun at Sonus, but when you stay at accommodation booked through our platform, there are some general rules we have to enforce to ensure things run smoothly

• All of the accommodation options at Sonus have some common ‘House Rules’, which are detailed below. We do ask that you respect these rules, as failure to do so may result in your accommodation being cancelled. Should this happen, you would not be entitled to any partial refunds or any contribution towards further accommodation purchased. • Check in for apartments will only be from 1:00pm – 11:00pm on the date of your booking. • If you are arriving on a different day / out of the check in times you will need to let us know by emailing [email protected]. • Check out will be 10:00am on the date of your departure. • Only guests who have been properly registered and accept the ‘House Rules’ can stay in the accommodation. • All guests are responsible for their own behaviour and are liable for any damages caused in their property. • Neither Sonus Festival nor the accommodation owner can be held responsible for any lost or stolen belongings or valuables while staying in any property.

We would like to acquaint you with the house rules to make your stay enjoyable. For all information please contact reception desk/owner/agency.

• On the island of Pag you will be staying in apartments in Novalja, , Vidalići, Kustići, Zubovići, Metajna, Gajac. • Every accommodation has common house rules, which you will find on the next page. If you do not obey the house rules your stay at that accommodation will be terminated immediately. Should this happen you will not be entitled to any refunds of the accommodation payment already made neither of the eventual costs that you could have with finding /booking a new accommodation. • Only guests who have been properly registered and who accepted house rules can stay in our apartments. • On your day of arrival accommodation is only available after 1pm • If you plan on arriving after check in hours only announced apartments will be available. • Please leave the accommodation by 10:00 am on the day of departure. • Guests are responsible for their own behaviour and liable for any damages caused. • Owner/Agency is not responsible for any lost or theft of guests’ personal belongings and valuables. • All the accommodation are equipped with linens and towels, yet it is recommended to take an additional towel, kitchen towels (in case you are staying in apartment with kitchen)...solve the potential problems. All reclamation must be officialy signed from both side. The reclamation can be done also at the local agency / check in point. In case that the reclamation is not officially signed , no reclamation will be possible after the festival.. BASIC RULES OF BEHAVIOUR • Only guests who have been properly registered and who accepted house rules can stay in the apartment. • It is not permitted to bring animals except if previously arranged with reception desk personnel or with the owner. • It is forbidden to destroy apartment property, cause noise or disturb other guests. • It is strictly forbidden to make noise from 10pm to 8am. • Guests are obliged to leave apartment in the same condition it was upon their arrival. • It is forbidden to take towels, blankets and other items from apartment to the beach. • Please look after the apartment property. You are responsible for any damage caused. • Smoking is allowed only in common rooms. It is forbidden to smoke in bedrooms. Please observe the fire regulations! • When leaving apartment close windows and lock the entrance door. Turn off all electric appliances (air conditioning, etc…), water and gas. Take out the trash. • Upon checking out all the apartments are inspected by the owner/agency personnel. • Return apartment keys (or leave it in the lock) when checking out. • During the summer please throw garbage out daily. • There is a security deposit of 20 £ or 200 KN per person as an insurance of possible disappearance, damages and destruction of apartment • The security deposit is either returned or retained by the owner/agency as a compensation for possible damage. • The house rules are an integral part of the terms and conditions that guests are requested to read and sign as an indication of their acceptance. • If you have any wishes, compliments, remarks or complaints, please contact reception desk/owner/agency. • In case of any complaints clients must call emergency number and advertise the reposible representative from the festival who will try to help you and solve the potential problems. Clients must fill the form at check in point which has to be signed from both side. In case that the reclamation is not officially signed, no reclamation will be possible after the festival.

8. CAMP RULES

• Only guests checked in at the reception can stay in the camp while minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. • Choice of space in the camp is free, except for the numbered parts, though the space should be used rationally, taking into account the needs of your neighbors. • It is strictly forbidden to spike nails into trees or to damage them in any way, carrying pebbles off of the beach, fencing the spot you are in or any type of construction work in your spot. Standardized fence made of reed up to one meter of height are permitted only with the written approval by the camp site Management. Owners of mobile homes can build wooden canopies only with the consent and approval of the camp site Management (it is necessary to send a draft with the specified dimensions and color - only white or wood color, to the camp site Management for approval).Not following these rules will prevent you from continuing your stay in the camp. • Checking-in is done from midday for guests on the camping spots • Camp guest are kindly asked to always carry the registration document, which they have received by the check-in, with them and present it upon camp staff request. • Motor vehicles may enter the camp between 7 am and 11 pm with the use of the ramp card. The ramp card may only be used by the guest who received it upon registration to the camp. The card should not be exposed to heat. Any damage to or loss of the card shall be charged. • Motor vehicles may not be parked outside the accommodation units. • Setting up of the tent and awning is permitted from 7 am until 10 pm. • The number of the camping spot that you received at the reception desk when checking in should be displayed clearly. • Guests who stay in the naturist (FKK) part of the camp should follow the standards of the naturist code – walking about the naturist part of the camp dressed is not allowed, apart from in some exceptional cases. • Starting a fire in the open is forbidden by law, due to the danger of the fire spreading. • Please be considerate to others and do not make excessive noise that could bother other guests, including the use of radios, television sets and musical instruments; complete peace and quiet period in the camp is required from 11 pm until 7 am. A quiet afternoon period is in effect from 1 pm until 3 pm each day. Not following these rules will prevent you from continuing your stay in the camp. • Maximum speed limit for the vehicles through the Camp is 20 km/h. Pedestrians in the camp have the right of way in respect to the vehicles. • Guests should take care of the tidiness of the space they are using. Please collect your trash in plastic bags and place these in the waste containers. Please leave the sanitary blocks you use as you would wish to find them, as a courtesy to your fellow holidaymakers. • The inventory of the mobile home will be checked on the day of your departure. You will be held financially responsible for any established damage or loss. • Dog owners should report their pets at the reception desk and show their vaccination card. Dog owners should walk their dogs on a leash (and with dog muzzle) and they should keep them tied in their space. When the pets relieve themselves, the owners pick up the waste and carefully dispose of it, otherwise they will be charged for the cleaning. Not abiding by this rule poses a threat to the health, safety and enjoyment of others on the camp and will lead to a fine according to the valid pricelist. • It is not allowed walking dogs without leashes, taking them into the reception, sanitary block, stores and the area of the beach, which is not scheduled for the same. • If you find any items that may have been left on the camp by accident, please bring them immediately to the reception desk. • Visits are permitted only if appropriately reported at the entrance – reception desk. For a shorter stay in the camp, the visitors should leave a valid personal document at the entrance, which will be returned upon their exit from the camp. • In the case of staying in the camp for longer than 2 hours, the stay will be charged at the entrance. • For connecting to or disconnecting from the electricity supply lines, please refer to the camp reception desk. The control of the wiring is done by the responsible camp employee. Faulty wiring will be disconnected from the electricity supply network of the camp. • You can deposit jewellery, money and other valuables at the reception desk. This is strongly recommended, as the camp cannot be held responsible for any items that have been lost or stolen. • Management will not be held liable for theft, accidents or damage to property or persons, nor will be held liable for damage caused by thunderstorms, hail, falling trees, illness, including that of plants, epidemics, fire, natural disasters, etc. • Calculation and payment of services used may be done at the date of departure or any other day till 8:30 pm. However, we recommend you do it on the day prior to your departure in order to avoid unnecessary waiting. • It is not allowed washing dishes or clothes in areas not foreseen for such purposes. • Staying, gathering or spending the night on the beach after 11 pm is not allowed. • It is not allowed to wash cars or other vehicles on camp grounds. • The book of complaints is at the reception desk of the camp. • Services and stay can be denied to guests who do not follow this camp ordinance as well as to the guests who by their behavior disturb the quiet and bother other guests.

IF HOUSE / CAMP RULES ARE BROKEN, POLICE WILL BE INFORMED.
