Appellant not present. Public Authority is represented by Shri RB Singh, Asstt Commissioner, NVS, Patna Region, Patna and Shri Jai Prakash Pandey, Principal, JNV Bhojpur. FACTS Vide RTI dt 10.12.12, appellant had observed that he had worked as Mess helper from 12.7.2008 to 19.9.2008 and wanted photocopy of the salary list wherein the amount paid to him along with signature is available. 2. An appeal was filed on 28.1.13, as no information was provided. 3. PIO NVS, RO Patna, vide letter dt 1.2.13, transferred the appeal to the Principal, Jawahar Navodya Vidyalaya, Bhojpur for providing a response to the appellant. 4. Submissions made by public authority were heard. Principal, JNV Bhojpur, submitted that vide letter dt 26.3.13, the appellant was requested to deposit Rs 102/- as photocopying charges or to submit BPL certificate. However, no response was forthcoming from the appellant. Subsequently on the directions of the Dy Commissioner, NVS Patna Region, the requisite information was provided to the appellant on 3.1.14, free of cost. In the absence of the appellant, his views could not be ascertained. DECISION 5. As the information sought has been provided, the appeal is disposed of.
