19. Upgaradation of Auto Announcement System Upgardation in software of Auto Announcement system has been done at Hasanpur Road, Sagauli, Chakia, Harinagar, Saharsa and Simribakhtiyarpur Station.
20. Upgaradation of IPDSLAM Railnet IPDSLAM Speed is upgraded from 40Mbps to 100Mbps.
21. Laying of Cables Cable laying work done in the different sections for different works. (a) 200mtr PIJF laid in Sakari and Jaynagar for Extension of Telephone lines. (b) 500mtr data cable in Motipur and Salauna for UTS/PRS. (c) 100 mtr quad cable in Samastipur – Bhagwanpur Desua section for Gate Phone. (d) 400 mtr 6core OFC from Samastipur workshop – Samastipur PRS for Railnet.
22. Replacement of MUX 2 No Old Mux replaced with New at Koparia and Sarsi of Saharsa section.
23. Installation of STM-4 New STM-4 Equipment installed at Samastipur Microwave to provide optical link with Railtel STM-16.
24. Installation of CCTV. 12 Nos New CCTV cameras Installed at Store Scrap depot and New Scrap depot for the surveillance of work in Scrap depot.
25. Installation of Telephone Exchange. New 96 Line Telephone Exchange installed at Jaynagar to provide local telephone connectivity to officers and staffs.
26. Provision of Railnet Connectivity. 2Mbps Railnet Connectivity provided at Diesel Shed to operate REMMLOT and Store depot for IREPS.
23. Installation of NMS. Web based NMS has been installed at Samastipur PRS for Monitoring of UTS/PRS and in Samastipur Control testroom for Monitoring of FOIS.
