Three overall steps were taken as indicated below. This plan document is similarly organized by chapter referencing the three steps taken during the planning process. DATA GATHERING STEP The early stages of the planning process focused on understanding the underlying conditions of the corridor and included analysis of market conditions, demographics, employment figures, and a physical assessment of the corridor (with a focus on transportation conditions).
