2nd Day - Tuesday: THE HISTORIC CITY CENTRE OF NAPLES Breakfast in the hotel. From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. visit of Naples with a tourist guide. Visit of the Santa Chiara Monastery, San Domenico square, San Severo Chapel with the famous Veiled Christ (“Cristo Velato” , and the street of Spaccanapoli (“Napples splitter”). Lunch break. Possibility to spend the rest of the afternoon in the seafront of Via Chiaia and Mergellina. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.
3rd Day - Wednesday: POMPEII & VESUVIUS Breakfast in the hotel. The excursion starts with a guided visit of the ruins of Pompei (UNESCO World Heritage). The city was buried by the eruption of the Vesuvius in 79, and preserved intact. Then, the excursion continues with the visit of the National Park of Vesuvius, the sole active volcano of the Continental Europe. The park was declared by UNESCO as a “World Biosphere Reserve”. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.
4th Day - Thursday: FREE DAY FOR VISITING NATIVITY SCENESe Breakfast in the hotel. Free day for visiting the most important nativity scenes of Naples. You can have breaks in the city’s popular and historic cafés. Dinner andovernight in the hotel.
5th Day - Friday: CHRISTMAS MARKETS Breakfast in the hotel. You will be given a map with the biggest Christmas markets indicated. You can freely visit these markets, in a way comfortable for you. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.
6th Day - Saturday: AMALFI Breakfast in the hotel. Excursion to Amalfi. The route offers you wonderful panoramic views of sheer cliffs in the sea and natural inlets, not to mention the picturesque little cities on the coastline, such as Sorrento, Poitano or Amalfi. Visit of Amalfi. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Everything you have to know… WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: The summer camp is reserved for 3-16-year-old children. The children are divided into 4 different groups according to the following principles.
WHERE: The camp is held on the beach, where gazebos will be staged to realise the activities. After lunch, the activities continue in a school or other alternative activities are organised on the island.
The 12-16-year-old teens will have the possibility to come to Italy alone. The little children (6-10-years-olds) can come with their parents, who can enjoy the thermal bath parks or the natural beauty of Ischia.
38 The idea of camp was born in 2011 to give the possibility for children to have fun in the open air, at the seaside or in the mountains and forests, in order to take full advantage of what our island offers from the point of view of landscape, culture and nature.
The success of the camp in 2011 showed us, how important it is for our children, and for the tourists as well, to have such an opportunity. The children, after having spent months of school in a classroom, in their home or in the gym, need to feel free to enjoy their summer.
Above all, they have to stay in the open air and in direct contact with the nature. Naturally, in the hottest hours they cannot stay on the beach, thus, there will be different afternoon activities held in one of Ischia’s elementary schools.
The didactic contents will not be missing either: environmental education, nutrition education, preparatory sport and music activities, 6 hours of foreign language learning per week (Italian, English, German, French, Spanish), remedial courses from the subjects to revise, expressive reading, theatre, journalism, etc. (for a more detailed list with all the activities, see the daily program details).
