From the Garden State Parkway/Route 280:

Take Garden State Parkway to the Route 280 Exit (Exit 145). Follow signs to Route 280 West. Take Route 280 West to the Eisenhower Parkway Exit (Exit 4A). Follow Eisenhower Parkway. At the fifth traffic light (the Olive Garden Restaurant on your right/Hoolihan’s Restaurant on left) make a right onto Route 10 West.

Follow Route 10 West for ½ mile. You will pass the Westminster Hotel on your right. Proceed approximately 300 yards pass the Hotel and make a right onto Regent Street. There is a large sign that says “Regent Park” at the end of our road.

Once you make a right onto Regent Street, you will then make the first left into the parking lot and the first right once you are in the parking lot (by the Federal Express box).

From Route 287/Route 10:

Take Route 287 to Route 10 East. Take Route 10 East into Livingston. You will pass a Toys R Us on your right. Take the next U-Turn at the light after Toys R Us (Walnut Street/Daven Avenue) onto Route 10 West (once on Route 10 West, stay in the right hand lane).

You will pass the Westminster Hotel on your right. Proceed approximately 300 yards pass the Hotel and make a right onto Regent Street. There is a large sign that says “Regent Park” at the end of our road.

Once you make a right onto Regent Street, you will then make the first left into the parking lot and the first right once you are in the parking lot (by the Federal Express box).

From Route 24:

Take Route 24 East to the JFK Parkway/Short Hills Mall Exit. Come off exit onto JFK Parkway and follow down to South Orange Avenue (first large intersection). Make left at light onto South Orange Avenue down to Eisenhower Parkway (Livingston Mall on right). Make right onto Eisenhower Parkway down to Route 10 Circle, 3/4 way around circle onto Route 10 West (once on Route 10 West, stay in the right hand lane). You will pass the Westminster Hotel on your right. Proceed approximately 300 yards pass the Hotel and make a right onto Regent Street. There is a large sign that says “Regent Park” at the end of our road.

From South Orange Avenue:

Take South Orange Avenue to the Livingston Mall. Make a right onto Eisenhower Parkway at the light at the end of the Mall.

Follow Eisenhower Parkway to the Route 10 circle. Go 3/4 of the way around the circle onto Route 10 West.

Follow Route 10 West. Stay in right hand lane. You will pass the Westminster Hotel on your right. Proceed approximately 300 yards pass the Hotel and make a right onto Regent Street. There is a large sign that says “Regent Park” at the end of our road.

From the George Washington Bridge:

Route 95 West to the New Jersey Turnpike South. Take Exit 15W, Route 280 West to Exit 4A (Eisenhower Parkway).

Route 3 West to New Jersey Turnpike South. Take Exit 15W, Route 280 West to Exit 4A (Eisenhower Parkway) and follow directions above.

From the Holland Tunnel:

Route 280 West to Exit 4A (Eisenhower Parkway) and follow the directions above.

From the Philadelphia Airport Area:

Take the Walt Whitman Bridge into New Jersey. This will put you on Route 42. Get into your far right lane as you enter Route 42. Take the Route 295 North Exit (Exit 1B). Take Route 295 North to Exit 36 which is 73 South.

When you are on 73 South, stay in the right lane. You will come to a traffic light (you will see Bob Evans Restaurant). Make sure you are in the right hand lane at this light. Go through the light and entrance to the New Jersey Turnpike is on your right.

Take the New Jersey Turnpike North to the Garden State Parkway Exit (Exit 11).
