Purpose of Role: We are looking for a Project Manager to work alongside our Sales team. This is a new role. You will manage the delivery of client projects including technical, creative and content solutions for websites and printed collateral. Specifically: To manage the delivery of projects, from planning and development through to implementation. To build and nurture client relationships though the professional delivery of projects (online and print). Key Responsibilities: Managing delivery of client projects including advertorials, blogger and social activations, relevant video content productions and media projects that require dedicated project management resource. Managing internal workflow and liaison with relevant departments to ensure the delivery of high quality client work. Taking a proactive role with the client to keep them informed about all areas of activity and results. Setting project schedules and ensuring they are adhered to and deadlines are met. Managing agreed budgets, pro-actively delivering savings where possible. Identifying new opportunities within existing clients. Assisting with new business pitches, proposals and costings. Managing the billings and accounts relevant to allocated projects. Other: To undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as may be required from time to time. To be an ambassador for the business at all times. Ideal candidate will: Experience in responsibility for managing online/digital projects. Experience working within a media environment. Be a self-motivated, high energy individual who can confidently take ownership of client projects. Be an experienced project manager with a track record in delivering online and/or print work. Have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and be confident at getting their ideas across with impact. Be a supportive team player. Be highly organised and efficient and able to apply excellent attention to detail. Have the ability to perform under stress, within tight deadlines.
