| 24 Conditions: 1. The privilege is exclusively for primary SCB First credit cardholders whose primary SCB First credit card has been activated and cannot be transferred to others. 2. SCB reserves the right to offer the privilege to active SCB First credit cardholders with combined average assets over the past 6 months and account balance at SCB of at least 10 million baht at the privilege redemption date. 3. Assets at SCB mean balances of deposit accounts, insurance premiums paid during the year, investment in such mutual funds as LTF/RMF, term funds, open architecture funds under the management of SCB Asset Management (SCBAM), SCB bills of exchange (B/E) or subordinated bonds with a minimum maturity period of 6 months (excluding other types of subordinated bonds). 4. | 28 Conditions: 1. Validity period: January 1 - December 31, 2020 | 31 Conditions: 1. Benefits are applicable only after the payment for the ticket has been made in full using the SCB First credit card. 2. Coverage for item 1. The protection covers the time during take off and landing or during the travel on an aircraft registered for commercial air travel, public land transport, or travel on public water travel. The status must be paying passenger on the public transport with a fixed schedule. The cardholder must not be the operator/staff on the commercial aircraft. The protection starts the moment the cardholder walks beyond the gate of the passenger terminal of the point of origin and ends when upon the entry to the passenger terminal of the destination. 3. Coverage for item 2-6 the protection starts from departure from Thailand up to the arrival at the home of the cardholder in the case of a round trip purchase. In case of one-way ticket purchase the protection ends after exit of the aircraft. 4. Protection and compensation would be made based on the terms and conditions of the insurance company. 5. The cardholder is responsible to provide the necessary documents for the processing of the claim.

Coverage for no. 2-6 requires original receipts and relevant documents, such as a certificate from doctors or airlines when seeking compensation. 3. Eligible SCB First cardholders shall maintain valid membership status with total balance of deposit accounts, and/or annual life insurance premiums, and/or investments with SCB in the past 6 months and as of the transaction date is no less than 10 million baht. 3. At transaction date, the cardholder shall maintain valid membership status with total balance of deposit accounts, and/or annual life insurance premiums, and/or investments with SCB such as LTF/RMF, Term Fund and/or SCB Bill of Exchange and/or SCB Subordinated debenture (more than 6 months period) in the past 6 months and as of the transaction date is no less than 10 million baht. 4. SCB reserves the right to amend rules and terms and conditions, or cancel any exclusive right/privilege/ reward points without prior notice. 5. The Bank has the right not to renew or cancel SCB First card, including privileges for customers who do not meet the criteria set by the bank, which will notice by the bank 30 days in advance. 6. In case the member has hold both SCB Private Banking, SCB First, and SCB Prime card, the bank reserves the right to offer privilege from only one card which give the most benefit to the member. 7. In case of any dispute, SCB's decision is final.
