Payment can be made by cheque or in cash for the full year or on a termly basis. In addition we offer a standing order option to early applicants. We can only accept payments by card once term has started.

As we are acting as agents for the different transport providers we are required to comply with the terms of our service level agreement. If a pass is purchased and the student does not subsequently enrol a full refund will be made. It is NOT possible to refund a pass part way through a term. If an incorrect pass is purchased we can amend payments and issue the correct pass.

Students should take responsibility for planning their journey. Any queries regarding boundaries, services or timetables should be made directly to the service providers.
