The Prescribed Routes Order will: (A) revoke: (i) the existing one-way working for vehicular traffic in Porden Road imposed by The London Traffic ^Prescribed Routes) (Lambeth) (No. 2) Regulations, 1960; (ii) the compulsory left turn by vehicular traffic from into Road imposed by the Lambeth (Prescribed Routes) (No. 3) Traffic Order 1972; (B) impose one-way working for vehicular traffic in: (i) Baytree Road Towards its junction with Acre Lane. (ii) Beehive Place Towards its junction with Brixton Station Road. (iii) Brixton Station Road, between Valentia Place and Pope's Road In a general westerly direction. (iv) Buckner Road Towards its junction with Acre Lane. (v) Dalyell Road, between Chantry Road and Pulross Road From north-west to south-east. (vi) Electric Avenue between Electric Lane and Atlantic Rond Towards its junction with Atlantic Road. (vii) Porden Road, between Acre Lane and Buckner Road Towards its junction with . (viii) Priory Grove In a general northerly direction. (ix) Terrace ... From east to west. (x) Trinity Gardens: (i) north-eastern arm From south-east to north-west. (ii) north-western arm From north-east to south-west. (xi) Western Road ...... From south-west to north-east. vC) prohibit the right turn by vehicular traffic from: (i) Atlantic Road, north-west of Into Coldharbour Lane. (ii) Coldharbour Lane, west of Atlantic Road Into Atlantic Road. 8. Exemptions from the one-way workings and banned right turns referred to in paragraphs 7(B) and (C) has been provided in the Order in respect of anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform. 9. The Parking Places Order and the Free Parking Places Order will come into operation for the purposes of applications for permits, season tickets and protective covers and for the installation of parking meters, etc. on 1st March 1976 and for all other purposes on 1st June 1976. The Waiting and Loading Restriction Order and the Prescribed Routes Order will some into operation on 1st June 1976. 10. A copy of each of the Orders referred to in paragraph 1 above, of the Lambeth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1973 (and of the Orders which have previously amended that Order), of the London Traffic (Prescribed Routes) (Lambeth) (No. 2) Regulations, 1960, of the Lambeth (Prescribed Routes) (No. 3) Traffic Order 1972 and of the map which indicates each road and length of rond to which the Orders relate can be inspected until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive in Room B.21, The County Hall, London, SE1 7PB. 11. Copies of the Orders may be purchased from the Information Centre, Greater London Council, The County Hall, London, SE1 7PB. 12. Any person desiring to question the validity of any of the Orders or of an> provision contained in any of the Orders on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1967 or on the ground that any requirement thereof or of section 84A, 84B or 84C of that Act or of any regulations made under the said section 84C has not been complied with in relation to that Order may, within six weeks of the date on which that Order was made, make application for the purposes to the High Court. Arrangements will be made with the Lambeth Borough Council so that (a) the permit relating to the free qarking places will be issued by that Council; (b) such permit and the permit relating to the charged-for residents' parking places will be combined as one document and (c) onjy one application for the combined permit will be necessary.
