I loved to listen as he played the piano; it seemed he could play anything by ear. His beautiful voice serenaded many occasions and it was a pleasure to sit next to him in choir. The songs of the birds in the canyon are certainly beautiful but their music won’t be nearly as sweet with JR gone. — STAN springdaletown.com The work was difficult and unforgiving.
