To establish a national system for human resources based on the evidence, using the European experience and WHO recommendations. Actually:

Difficulties in 3. We can’t have the planning human information in time; resources and 4. The information is in needs hard copy. 3.High cost … In the future… (1)

„ To prepare a national plan for human resurces in health sector. In this process, is absolutly nessessary to invate experts from the Ministry of Finance (very important component), In the future… (2)

„ To ameliorate the geographical distribution (or to re-distribute) of human resources, aplying the rules of labour market, In the future… (3)

‰ To establish a system of Accreditation of teaching/education system, continuous education with adequate curricula harmonized with European standards.
