Information on Actions of the International Public Association Information on actions of the International Public Association "Generals of the World — for Peace" We have the honor to express our deepest respect to you and wish you peace and wellbeing. The International Association "Generals of the World — for Peace" was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on December 8, 2011. The main statutory objective of our Association is to consolidate peace, friendship and mutual understanding between nations, to educate the youth in the spirit of moral and spiritual values. Today nobody doubts the fact that peace on Earth has come too close to the red line. A World War III has almost begun but so far without nuclear weapon. We are not here to name the guilty; our Association has the purpose of creating the accurately structured system to counteract the Evil in full measure using the active force of People’s Diplomacy. It is the reasonably organized system that can operate actively under the all-over-the-world forcing of conflicts and growth of militaristic hysteria. To unite, to take responsibility and management is the purpose of the planet-scale movement "For Peace" which involves generals, admirals and top officers of many countries. These are the people more than anyone else being interested in global movement "For Peace". 1 Who else but generals know the destructive force of weapon, for many of them took part in its use. But the most important thing is that they take not only moral but in some cases criminal liability for the results of military conflicts (for example in Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Yugoslavia, Egypt). Therefore, only generals can unite the positive world movement "For Peace" in which not only politicians but businessmen, people of arts, sciences and sports, young people, representatives of various confessions of faiths can participate. Before we started, we had received blessings and written approvals from heads of major confessions of faiths: representatives of the Orthodox and the Catholic Churches, the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan, the Jewish Religious Community and Buddhist monks. Just imagine the concentration of spiritual power in one center! Generals from Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, France, Armenia, Tajikistan, Bulgaria and the People's Republic of China have joined our movement. We have been supported by more than 300 000 people in 22 countries. We expect that in the nearest future the movement for peace will unite much more people, and tens of millions from more than 100 countries of the world will become participants of IPA. People of positive minds wishing to live peacefully are much more in number but they are separated, and the platform we create is to become the center of consolidation of all peaceful forces. For active participation in consolidation of peace, friendship and mutual understanding between nations the following persons have been awarded with the IPA awards: 2 - The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China in Kyrgyzstan Mr. Wang Kaiwen, - The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India in Kyrgyzstan Mr. Pkhunchok Stobdan, - The first Kyrgyz astronaut and the Hero of Kyrgyzstan and Russia, space pilot Salizhan Sharipov, - The Hero of Russia, space pilot of Russia, commander of a cosmonaut team Yury Lonchakov, - Chairman of NGO “The Sky Culture, the World Peace and Restoration of Light” Mr. Li Mang Khee, And other people of proactive attitudes who consolidate peace and tolerance. In 2014 the Association initiated expedition to the North Pole where the flag of IPA as a symbol of peace and stability was set up. We participated in the International Summit "For Peace" in Seoul, South Korea, among other representatives of 120 countries of the world. IPA was supported by writers of more than 30 countries at the literary forums in Almaty, London, Stockholm, Bishkek. On March 27, 2015 our flag as a symbol of peace and stability and the Russian-USA crew of astronauts headed for the International Space Station, and it flew around the planet more than 5500 times. We hold other events too: Marches of Peace, sport events, concerts, festivals, conferences. Projects of the International Association "Generals of the World - for Peace": The planet-scale movement "The Great Silk Route" is a project of the international movement initiated by IPA. It was launched in Kyrgyzstan - the country that had been burned with 3 the international conflicts. Every person in the world, if feels responsible to God and Motherland for preservation of peace, spirituality, culture and human values, for social justice and the Life on Earth, can join the movement and give a unique voice “FOR” peace on the planet. The voice of every person on Earth will sound as one with millions of others, and it will stand as a spiritual monolith on the way of aggression, international and inter-religious confrontations. “The Great Silk Route” Project will prove the fact that forces of the good will be standing in the majority and the Light will always get a win against darkness. More than 22 countries and almost 300 000 people have already supported our idea. "The Great Silk Route" is a voice of Truth. The alley is devoted to veterans of the law enforcement agencies. 4 • The Issykkul Peace and Friendship Festival main purpose of which was to consolidate peace, friendship and mutual understanding between nations. EXPEDITION 10 PAVING THE ROAD FOR EXPLORATION The tenth expedition crew to the International Space Station (ISS) was launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan aboard a Russian Soyuz spacecraft in October 2004. During their six-month mission aboard the ISS, the crew will live and conduct research that is critical to the advancement of human space exploration.. The nation’s Vision for Space Exploration is a stepping stone approach to exploring space that calls for returning the Shuttle to safe flight, completing assembly of the ISS, building a new Crew Exploration Vehicle, then returning astronauts to the Moon, and eventually exploring Mars and beyond. The ISS will serve as an Exploration Laboratory to help better understand and ultimately mitigate the effects of long duration space flight.
