• Became winningest coach in program history in 2017-18 with a 4-2 win over fifth-ranked Minnesota on the road • Has led the Catamounts to both of their appearances in the Hockey East Semifinals (2014, 2017). • In 2014-15, UVM set program records in non-conference wins (9) and power play goals (28) • Set a program record with 18 wins during the 2013-14 campaign, including 13 in Hockey East action • The 18 victories that season, improved that category by 10 games from the previous campaign, a NCAA-best • Previously was the head coach for nine years at Amherst College (Mass.), capturing NCAA Championships in both 2009 and 2010 • Under his guidance, eight Catamounts have garnered Hockey East All-Star laurels

JESS KOIZUMI | Associate Head Coach • Enters her second season on the Vermont women’s hockey staff. • She spent the 2016-17 campaign as the associate head coach at Ohio State after spending six season as an assistant coach at Yale. • Koizumi was a standout and All-WCHA performer at Minnesota-Duluth where she served as a captain for two seasons and registered 87 career goals for seventh all-time in UMD history • In 2008, Koizumi helped lead Team USA to a gold medal at the IIHF Women’s World Championship • Koizumi spent 2009-2015 in the Canadian Women’s Hockey League and notched the first goal in the history of the National Women’s Hockey League

ALEX GETTENS ‘17 | Assistant Coach • Returns to Vermont for his first full season as assistant coach. • Gettens previously served the Catamounts as a student assistant in 2016-17 and an assistant to hockey operations from 2014-2016. • He spent the 2017-18 season at the University of Maine, where he was involved in practice, skill sessions, film sessions, pre-scout analysis, and recruiting as well as commuity involvement • He and the Maine staff led the Black Bears to a program-best 19 wins • Gettens has also worked as an intern coach at the USA Hockey U15 and U18 National Develop- ment Camps

EVAN MOORHOUSE | Director of Hockey Operations • Enters his first season as Director of Hockey Operations for UVM • A 2016 graduate of Westfield State, Moorhouse played hockey and baseball for four years • Moorhouse spent the 2017-18 season as the Director of Men’s Hockey Operations at Ameri- can International College • He previously served as assistant coach for Westfield State men’s hockey in 2016-17
