Inspections and Registrations Deniliquin: Wednesday 11th April 2018, 10.00am to 5.00pm and from 7.00am day of sale Moama: Vehicles Only, Saturday 7th April 2018 and Sunday 8th April 2018 from 10.00am to 4.00pm All Lots, Wednesday 11th April 2018 10.00am to 5.00pm and from 7.00am days of auctions Motor vehicle start up each day at 11.00am and 2.00pm other than Sunday 15th April 2018 being only 11.00am. Moama is not available for inspection/registration on Thursday 12th April 2018 3. Viewing of vehicles will cease from 12.30pm on Sunday 15th April 2018 4. Collection of Items Deniliquin: Once items have been fully paid for on Thursday 12th April 2018 and from 9.00am to 4.00pm both Saturday 14th April 2018 and Monday 16th April 2018 Moama: Once items have been fully paid for and it is safe for removal on Friday 13th April 2018, Saturday 14th April 2018 and Sunday 15th April 2018 up to 12.00 noon. For safety reasons, vehicles can only be collected between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday 16th April 2018 to Friday 20th April 2018 5. Buyers must be registered to bid or purchase at this sale. Photo ID is a requirement for all registrations. (See conditions of registrations previous page). 6. NO CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Payment is to be made on the day of sale by cash, EFT, EFTPOS, MasterCard or VISA. Up to 2.2% surcharge on all credit card transactions. 7. Invoices forwarded to successful absentee / online bidders are to be settled within 48 hours from invoice unless by prior arrangement. 8. The purchaser is simply the highest bidder at the fall of the hammer. 9. Any dispute arising as to the highest bidder is to be determined by the Auctioneer who may re-offer any disputed lot for sale. 10. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid or to bid on behalf of clients and or the vendor. 11. CAVEAT EMPTOR (buyer beware) applies to each lot in this Auction. 12. No Dogs / Pets or alcohol are allowed within the Auction precinct and owners will be asked to have them removed. No exceptions regardless of breed or size. 13. All items remain the property of the vendor until payment has been received in full and to the satisfaction of Burns & Co 14. Delivery will not occur until payment has been received in full. This includes the handing over of keys. 15. Should an absentee or online bidder and a floor bidder be locked on the same bid the lot will go to the floor bidder. Should two absentee or online bidders be locked on the same bid the lot will go to the absentee or online bidder which registered first with the auctioneer so get absentee bids in early and on the prescribed form. 16. Whilst every care is taken, the Auctioneer / Agent does not accept responsibility for items described incorrectly either in the catalogue or at the auction. Intending purchasers are encouraged to take advantage of the time given to view goods prior to the auction commencing. Furthermore, no compensation shall be paid in respect of any error or mis- description. 17. None of the items are insured. At the fall of the hammer the item becomes the responsibility of the purchaser therefore please take out immediate insurance cover on any items of value. 18. The Auctioneer is merely the agent of the vendor in the respect of the sale of goods. The Auctioneer shall not be liable for any default of the purchaser or vendor. 19. The Auctioneer shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the goods left in his care by vendors or purchasers. The Auctioneer gives no warranties in respect of these matters and no lots are to be returned to the Auctioneer. 20. The Auctioneer will inspect lots on behalf of bidders who wish to lodge their bids by absentee or online to ensure that the lots areas described in the catalogue. 1 21.
