Travel The racecourse is located in a picturesque parkland setting in the town of Esher, . It is within the M25 and only 25 minutes by train from Waterloo or 15 miles from South West London.

By Car From London, take the A3 and follow the brown venue signs to Sandown Park London, then exit onto the A307 and follow the brown venue signs.

If using a Sat Nav, please enter 'Portsmouth Road' rather than the Sandown Park postcode - this will bring you to the Sandown main car park which is just off the A307 (Esher High Street) and is directly in front of the main entrance.

Parking is provided and free. The parking is very close to the main entrance and the grandstand. There are allocated disabled parking spaces in the main Portsmouth Road car park for blue badge holders.

By train is a 10-minute walk from the main entrance of Sandown Park Racecourse.

Esher railway station is 33 minutes from Waterloo and trains run every 30 minutes.

If you are planning to walk from the station please turn left out of the station onto Station Road and then right at the T- junction to join the A307 Portsmouth Road. The entrance to Sandown Park is on the right hand side. Alternatively there is a taxi rank at the station.

PLEASE NOTE: Esher rail station is located outside of Zones 1-6 and Oyster Cards are not valid when travelling to Esher.
