• Mr. Saud Alblehed is the founding Managing Director of Ma'arif for Education & Training, a K12 school operator and owner in . He is also the Managing Director of Afras Trading and Contracting Company. Furthermore, he is a Board Member of Seder Group for Trading and Contracting.

• Mr. Raad Al-Saady is Vice President, Mobility at Abdul Latif Jameel, a collective of independent international, family-owned and diversified business, founded in 1945 by the late Abdul Latif Jameel.

• Mr. Al-Saady began his career in the technology venture capital sector in Silicon Valley, before returning to Saudi Arabia to hold a number of leadership positions across financial services and automotive operations with Abdul Latif Jameel

• He is an active member of various professional organizations and boards/committees including Saudi Arabian Airlines, flyadeal, CGS (Coldstores Group of Saudi Arabia), Abdul Latif Jameel Machinery, Abdul Latif Jameel Properties, Abdul Latif Jameel Real Estate Finance, NSV Automotive,Muheel, Four Principles, Mutalabah, and others

• Mr. Al-Saady holds a BSc in Management from Menlo College, California in the United States

2 Henrik Gobel Member of the Board of Directors

• Mr Gobel is the Head of Global Capital Markets (GCM) for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Morgan Stanley. He has worked at Morgan Stanley for over 20 years. Prior to joining the firm in 1999 he spent 4 years at ABN Amro.

• Mr Gobel worked in Equity Sales & Trading first at ABN Amro and then at Morgan Stanley before joining Global Capital Markets (GCM) in 2004. Since then he has led the Equity Syndicate desk and the Equity Capital Markets Group before becoming Co-Head of GCM in 2013 and sole Head in 2017.

• The Global Capital Markets division in EMEA encompasses all of the firms Fixed Income and Equity Capital Markets activities as well as the Leveraged & Acquisition finance activities.

• He is a member of the firm’s European Operating Committee and a member of the Global Capital Markets Operating Committee.

• Mr Gobel graduated in 1995 from the London School of Economics with an Honour’s degree in Economics.

3 Sammy Kayello Member of the Board of Directors

• Mr. Sammy Kayello is the Chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley Middle East and North Africa. Previously he managed Morgan Stanley’s MENA Sales and Trading franchise whose team is now located in the firm’s London, , and Dubai offices.

• Mr. Kayello is a 30 year veteran of Morgan Stanley having joined the institution in New York in 1986. He has been part of the MENA leadership team since the Dubai office opened in 2006.

• Mr. Kayello holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School in North Carolina. He is also a Ph.D candidate in Structured Mechanics from Duke University’s School of Engineering.

4 Abdulaziz Alajaji Member of the Board of Directors

• Mr. Abdulaziz Alajaji is the CEO of Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia. He joined Morgan Stanley in June 2017. As a CEO, he is responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the Firm’s strategy in Saudi Arabia.

• Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Alajaji was Executive Director and Head of Corporate Banking at J.P. Morgan. In that role he led coverage and origination across multiple products, i.e. financing, markets, asset management, cash management and trade finance. Before that, he worked at the Saudi British Banks where he was responsible for covering large corporate clients.

• Mr. Alajaji has 15 years of banking experience covering financing, credit, treasury services and trade finance.

• Mr. Alajaji received his BA degree in Business Management from Menlo College, California, USA

5 Gokhan Unal Member of the Board of Directors

• Mr. Gokhan Unal is the head of Middle East, Asia Pacific ex and Sales at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2010.

• Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Unal was Head of Distribution, Middle East and Asia, at MFS Investment Management. Before that, he was Head of Institutional Sales, Middle East and Asia, at Pioneer Global Asset Management.

• Mr. Unal has 29 years of investment industry experience.

• Mr. Unal received a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Boston University and an M.B.A. from Suffolk University, Boston
