Division Services Local Service Board meet on a monthly basis (last Tuesday of the month commencing January 2015, 9.30am – 12.30pm) Board The meeting is chaired by the Local Service Executive Lead Neil Smith

Operational Local Services Operational Management meet on a monthly basis (third Wednesday of the month commencing 18th February 2015) Management The meeting is chaired by the Chief Operations Officer (Karen Lawrenson) Meeting

Each group or team noted above will have agreed:

 Purpose statement which is agreed and periodically reviewed.  Core priorities setting out what is most important for the group.  Each team will have a set of shared objectives, which are written, agreed and periodically reviewed.  Each team will have clear roles, responsibilities and level of accountability to ensure effective decision making which is well communicated.  Each team will have agreed values / charter.  Each team will ensure team members are held to account for delivery of expected actions / outcomes.  Each meeting will be expected to provide monthly action plans which are sent to the strategic operations manager.  All teams will be expected to use the standard team meeting template.

The above principles will enable the Division to support the development of high performing teams at all levels.
