Early Years and Childcare Service Information for Suffolk Childcare Providers

**NEW** Rapid Lateral Flow Testing (LFT) Site open

All staff working in the education sector (including early years settings) in Bury St Edmunds and surrounding area can use LFT site at College in Out Risbygate, Bury St Edmunds

Testing is being run by contractors Commisceo on behalf of Suffolk Council (SCC) seven days a week between 7am and 7pm. Tests are by appointment only and can be made via the booking website https://commisceo- pcs.shiftpartner.com/ or by calling 0333 772 6144.

The centres are only for people not showing symptoms of Covid-19.

Anyone who is showing symptoms, or who may have been in close contact with someone who has, should not visit the centre. Instead, they should ring 119 or go to the NHS website to book a test at of the 12 symptomatic testing sites in Suffolk.

Ipswich rapid testing is still available at Profiles Gym at and can be booked via the same system as above.

Test and Trace Procedure – Flowchart **PLEASE NOTE** It is really important we have information regarding positive cases reported ASAP, please do not delay in getting this information to us.

From now please report any results of testing whether is a Lateral Flow Test (LFT) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) using Form 2 from the link within the flowchart. Please note: you will need to use an electronic version of the flowchart to do this.
