A lifetime involvement in sports (paddle sports, alpine and x/c skiing) including participation, instruction, coaching, administration, and promotion. Paddling experience includes competition at the international level as a member of the US Marathon Kayak Team from 1988-1998. US Marathon Canoe and Kayak Team Ten time member. 1988-1995; 1998 and 2005. U.S. Team Leader in 1991 and 1992. Top international results include third C2 at the 1989 Descenso Internacional del Sella, Spain; Seventh C2 at the 1989 World Cup, Portugal and first K2 at the 1991 North American Long Distance K-2 Championship, Canada. Competed in the following countries: England, Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Germany, Czech Republic, Australia, Netherlands, South Africa, Thailand and Hong Kong.
