Krishna has filed 2nd appeal on 18-01-2019 which was received by this Commission on 23-01-2019 for not getting the information sought by him from the Public Information Officer/ O/o the Assistant Commissioner of Police , Kalluru Division at Sathupally, Khammam district and the First Appellate Authority/ O/o the Commissioner of Police, Khammam, Khammam District. Having not received any information from the Public Information Officer and not satisfied with the reply furnished by the First Appellate Authority, the appellant preferred this 2nd appeal before this Commission U/s. 19(3) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him. Complaint No. 886 & 889 /CIC/2019 Sri K. Krishna filed two complaints dated 18-01--2019 which were received by this Commission on 23-01-2019 for not getting the information sought by him from the Public Information Officer/ O/o the Superintendent of Police Khammam. Khammam District. The brief facts of these cases as per the Complaints and other records received along with them are that the complainant herein filed an application dated 12-11-2016 before the Public Information Officer requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points mentioned TSIC PTO Note: This is system generated copy and no signature is required 6 Stating that he did not receive any response from the Public Information Officer, the complainant preferred these two complaints before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him U/s. 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. Bazar, Penuballi Mandal, Sathupalli Rural Khammam District. The brief facts of this case as per the appeal and other records received along with it are that the appellant herein filed an application dated.16-01-2015 before the Public Information Officer requesting to furnish the information under Sec. 6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points mentioned: The Public Information Officer did not furnish any information to the Appellant. StatingTSIC that he did not receive any information from the Public Information Officer, the appellant filed 1st appeal dated.04-07-2015 before the First Appellate Authority U/s. 19 (1) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting him to furnish the information sought by him. As per the records, the First Appellate Authority has not taken action to hear the appeal and to pass orders.
