Fly Safe, Fly Confident 5Th May 2020 29Th April 2020 19Th April 2020 Fly Safe, Fly Confident 5th May 2020 Africa World Airlines is pleased to announce an increase in domestic services effective 07MAY20 with the introduction of a second daily flight from Accra to both Kumasi and Tamale. The additional services will allow business travelers to make a same day return trip in these key domestic markets, ensuring that they can spend the night safely back at home. Depart from Accra to Kumasi at 930am or 310pm, and from Accra to Tamale at 9am or 220pm. Departures from Kumasi are at 1050am and 420pm, and from Tamale at 1040am and 4pm. AWA is proud to have implemented industry leading protocols to ensure that all our passengers, staff and crew can “Fly Safe, Fly Confident!” on every AWA flight. 29th April 2020 Africa World Airlines wishes to remind all passengers traveling domestically within Ghana that as per regulation, they must be in possession of a face mask that meets Ghana Health Service standards, as well as a personal container of hand sanitizer. No food or drink will be permitted for consumption during the flight, and passengers will be required to remain in their assigned seats at all times. No passengers (other than children below 12) will be seated immediately next to each other in order to maintain social distancing. All baggage checked in will be subject to a disinfection process. 19th April 2020 Africa World Airlines is pleased to announce the resumption of limited domestic scheduled flight service with effect from Tuesday 21APR20. AWA will initially operate one daily round trip flight each from Accra to Kumasi and Tamale. Additional destinations and frequencies will be announced in due course. Please visit www.flyafricaworld.com or call 0800 200 200 to check fares and schedules, and to book tickets. These flights will operate with the highest levels of safety protocols, which will include mandatory thermal screening and hand sanitization for all passengers and staff. Furthermore, all passengers will be required to wear their own nose covering (either a face mask or a scarf/cloth covering) during the flight, and will be seated so that no passenger other than a child below 12 years is placed in an adjacent seat. Passengers unable to comply with these requirements will be denied travel. April 12th 2020 Pursuant to the extension of movement restrictions by the Government of Ghana, all Africa World Airlines scheduled flights remain suspended until at least 19APR20. We intend to resume domestic operations once the appropriate authorities permit this. In the meanwhile we urge all Ghanaians to follow the guidance of the health service and to remain safe. #flyAWA #FlySafeFlyConfident April 4th 2020 Further to the extension of border closures by the Government of Ghana, all AWA regional flights will remain suspended until 19APR20. March 28th 2020 Pursuant to the movement restrictions imposed by HE The President of Ghana, Africa World Airlines will not operate any scheduled passenger flights between the dates of 30MAR20 and 13APR20. We intend to resume normal flight operations upon the lifting of the movement restrictions. In the meanwhile, we urge all Ghanaians to follow the necessary protocols to ensure their personal safety as well as the safety of the entire community. March 22nd 2020 Further to the instructions issued by HE The President of Ghana, all borders of the Republic of Ghana are closed to human traffic for two weeks commencing at midnight on 22MAR20. Accordingly, Africa World Airlines will suspend all international flights scheduled to operate from 23MAR20 onward. The last flights between Accra and Lagos, Abuja, Freetown and Monrovia are planned to operate on Sunday 22MAR20. ALL PASSENGERS ARRIVING IN GHANA ON THESE FLIGHTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO MANDATORY QUARANTINE AND TESTING BY PORT HEALTH AUTHORITIES. AWA intends to continue operating domestic flights from Accra to Kumasi, Tamale, Takoradi and Wa. We recognise that we have a special responsibility to maintain connectivity between the communities we serve. We will endeavour to ensure that an adequate level of service is maintained for those who have essential travel needs in all our markets as long as this remains feasible. Rest assured that if you choose to travel with AWA, you can “Fly safe, fly confident!” March 21st 2020 Pursuant to the instructions issued by Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, Africa World Airlines will suspend our flights to Lagos and Abuja after 23MAR20. The last flights to both destinations will operate on Monday 23MAR20. AWA will ensure that sufficient seats are available for Ghanaians wishing to return to Accra prior to the suspension. Passengers on cancelled flights will receive notification of the cancellation via their original booking channel. AWA intends to continue operating flights from Accra to Kumasi, Tamale, Takoradi, Wa, and Monrovia at this time. Rest assured that if you choose to travel with AWA, you can “Fly safe, fly confident!” March 19th 2020 Further to the instructions issued by the Government of Cote D’Ivoire and the Government of Sierra Leone, Africa World Airlines will be suspending operations to Abidjan and Freetown with effect from 20MAR20 and 22MAR20 respectively. Passengers on cancelled flights will receive notification of the cancellation via their original booking channel, and may either rebook to a future date or seek a refund. AWA continues to operate flights from Accra to Kumasi, Tamale, Takoradi, Wa, Lagos, Abuja and Monrovia at this time. Under this advisory, ALL TRAVELS TO GHANA ARE STRONGLY DISCOURAGED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Ghana Immigration Service, at their discretion, may refuse entry to passengers whose travels are deemed to be for conferences, funerals or any form of public gathering. This restriction applies to those who hold valid visas or visa-on-arrival approval as well. Passengers who have been present in any country that has recorded 200 or more cases of COVID-19 during the last 14 days are PROHIBITED from entering Ghana. As per directive from Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, airlines are required to question passengers regarding their travel history and to deny boarding to passengers who fall into this category. Citizens and Residents of Ghana (with valid residence permits) are exempt from this prohibition, but will be subject to 14 days of quarantine (conditions at the discretion of the Port Health authorities) upon arrival in Ghana. Any admissable passenger who displays symptoms of COVID-19 will be quarantined and tested upon arrival in Ghana. In view of this travel advisory, Africa World Airlines has revised our flight schedules to ensure that an adequate level of service is maintained for those who have essential travel needs in all our markets. As the largest operator of flights to, from and within Ghana, we realize that we have a special responsibility to maintain connectivity between the communities we serve. This new schedule goes into effect from 18MAR20 and passengers whose itineraries are affected by schedule changes will be automatically rebooked on the nearest available flight. At this time, AWA will continue to operate the following services : Accra to Kumasi vv : 41 weekly flights each way Accra to Tamale vv : 28 weekly flights each way Accra to Takoradi vv : 14 weekly flights each way Accra to Wa (via Tamale) vv : 3 weekly flights each way Accra to Lagos vv : 16 weekly flights each way Accra to Abuja vv : 4 weekly flights each way Accra to Freetown vv : 4 weekly flights each way Accra to Monrovia vv : 4 weekly flights each way Accra to Abidjan vv : 3 weekly flights each way Freetown to Monrovia vv : 2 weekly flights each way In consultation with the Government of Ghana, we have also implemented additional protocols to ensure the well being of all our passengers, staff and crew. * We are extending our waiver of change fees to ALL domestic and international flights until 10MAY20. If you are booked on any AWA flight during this period, you can be assured that you can change your plans to a future date with no penalty applied. * We are eliminating all crew layovers in foreign countries, to minimise risk of crew exposure in hotels and other public areas. * We have implemented a further enhanced cleaning regimen of our aircraft cabins to ensure that we minimise the risk of transmission through cross-contamination We pledge to do everything we can to help in these challenging circumstances, and look forward to welcoming you to “Fly safe, fly confident!” on your next flight with us. March 13th 2020 Africa World Airlines wishes to advise our passengers of new enhanced precautions in place following the detection of two cases of COVID-19 in Ghana. We have implemented our Level 2 containment protocols to ensure that our passengers and crew are able to “Fly safe, fly confident!”. https://www.flyafricaworld.com/media-center/covid-19-alert/ All passengers on AWA flights, both domestic and international, will be subject to mandatory temperature screening at the airport of departure. Passengers with body temperature exceeding 37.3 degrees Celsius will be referred to Port Health for further guidance. Passengers will be required to participate in a mandatory hand sanitization prior to boarding the aircraft. This measure is in place to ensure that there is no potential transmission risk via documents such as boarding passes, etc.. Our front line staff and crews may be wearing face masks and gloves when dealing with passengers. This step is taken out of an abundance of caution to reduce potential risk of cross-contamination.

    Press Release Hahn Air Group: Already 20 new partners implemented by Q3 2018 Dreieich, 18th October 2018. Hahn Air has already integrated 20 new carriers into its global network of more than 350 air, rail and shuttle partners by the end of the third quarter of this year. Of the new partnerships, nine are new interline agreements and eleven are new partners of H1-Air, a product of the global consolida- tion service Hahn Air Systems. The services of the following nine airlines are now available on the HR-169 ticket under their own designator thanks to an interline agreement with Hahn Air: • Africa World Airlines (AW), Ghana • Air KBZ (K7), Myanmar • Air Senegal (HC), Senegal • Austrian Airlines (OS), Austria • Eastar Jet (ZE), South Korea • JC International Airlines (QD), Cambodia • Jubba Airlines (3J), Kenya • Lanmei Airlines (LQ), Cambodia • Sunwing Airlines (WG), Canada The flights of the eleven new partners of the consolidation service Hahn Air Systems are now available un- der the reservation code H1 in all GDSs.
