PAROISSE DE ST HELIER PARISH ASSEMBLY An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St. Helier will be held at 7pm on Wednesday 30 June 2021 at the Town Hall; Parishioners are asked to take into consideration and, if deemed advisable: 1. To approve the Minutes of the Parish Assembly held on 26 May 2021*; 2. To approve the Minutes of the Parish Assembly held on 9 June 2021*; 3. To elect a Vingtenier for the Canton de Haut de la Vingtaine de la Ville; 4. To elect a Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine de Bas du Mont au Prêtre; 5. In conformity with Article 5 of the Loi (1914) sur la Voirie, to elect a Parish Roads Inspector for the Vingtaine du Rouge Bouillon for a term of office expiring 31st December 2023. 6. To approve a recommendation of the Roads Committee and Procureurs du Bien Public to accept a gift of a section of land alongside Mount Martin, Old St John’s Road, for the purpose of creating a new public footpath. The Assembly is to instruct the Connétable and at least one Procureur du Bien Public to pass a contract, with the owner paying all reasonable legal costs associated with the transfer. P.03/2021*; 7. In light of current Covid restrictions, parishioners wishing to attend the Assembly in person or online are asked to register in advance where possible, by contacting or emailing the Parish Secretary, Alison Sweeney on 811880 or at [email protected] by 5pm on Monday 28th June 2021. Those attending online will be able to view the proceedings, but only those attending the Assembly in person at the Town Hall will be able to vote. .
