The 18-year-old from the canton of Valais sang her way into the hearts of her fans with “My man is a bad man”. 13.1 percent market share (14-49-year-olds) for the “TV total” talent show SSDSDSSWEMUGABRTLAD on ProSieben.

Stefanie Heinzmann from Eyholz in Switzerland – a name to remember. The 18-year-old girl won Stefan Raab’s talent show SSDSDSSWEMUGABRTLAD (Stefan Sucht Den Superstar, Der Singen Soll, Was Er Möchte, Und Gerne Auch Bei RTL Auftreten Darf – Stefan Seeks A Superstar, Who Will Sing What They Want To And Would Also Love To Perform On RTL) yesterday evening, securing herself a recording contact with Universal Music Domestic. With her newly-written song “My man is a bad man”, she not only convinced the studio audience, who celebrated her performance with standing ovations, but she also wowed the viewers at home with her powerful soul voice: 13.1 percent of 14-49-year-olds tuned in to watch the final round of the talent show. All songs performed in the grand finale are now available on a four-track extended single, available in music stores and by logging on to www.tvtotal.prosieben.de.

“Who would have thought that after DJ Bobo, another singing sensation would come from Switzerland”, praised Stefan Raab, commenting on Stefanie’s incredibly powerful voice. “You should be performing the European Soccer Cup song in Switzerland instead of Bobo.” Winner Stefanie Heinzmann could hardly believe it: “I am totally boring, spending my time at home reading books. And now this!” She did not have much time for contemplation. She was whisked off to shoot a video after the show, which lasted until the early hours of the morning. She will be performing live on “Schlag den Raab” (Beat Raab) on January 19 and an album will be released in stores on March 7.

Four exceptional singing talents made it to the finale of Stefan Raab’s talent show. In the end, they were all winners. Like Steffi, Mario Strohschänk from Lautrach, Steffi List from Schweinfurt and Gregor Meyle from Cologne all recorded their own songs. These, along with the winning song, are now available in music stores or by logging on to www.tvtotal.prosieben.de. Since March 2007, Stefan Raab had been searching for singing sensations throughout the German-speaking world. The response was tremendous, making the selection process for the jury supporting Stefan that much harder. The entertainer: “I know winners of talent shows who are worse than some of the acts who did not make it through the first round.”
