MEETING NOTICE WYOMING LEGISLATIVE SERVICE OFFICE Capitol Building Restoration Oversight Group Senator Eli Bebout, Chairman of the Capitol Building Restoration Oversight Group, has announced the Committee will meet: March 27, 2018 2:00 PM Livestream audio available on the Legislature's website at www.wyoleg.gov Jonah Business Center, L-54 3001 East Pershing Boulevard Cheyenne, Wyoming The purpose of the meeting is to consider issues related to Capitol design, Herschler Building design, Capitol Extension design, site design, and potential change items. The Legislative Service Office will distribute an agenda for this meeting at a later date and the agenda will be available on the legislative website at: www.wyoleg.gov. Please direct questions about this meeting to Legislative Service Office Committee staff LSO - Wendy Madsen at: (307) 777-7881. Individuals who plan to provide materials to the Committee during the meeting should provide the materials to committee staff, in hard copy and electronic format, at least two weeks before the meeting. 20 hard copies, on three-hole paper, must be provided. Introduction: During the 2017 General Session, the Wyoming Legislature established the Wyoming Spending and Government Efficiency Commission ("Commission") through the passage of 2017 Senate File 156, 2017 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 183 ("Senate File 156"). Pursuant to the legislation, the Commission was comprised of six (6) members: one (1) senator, one (1) representative, and one (1) member of the public appointed by the Legislature's Management Council; two (2) members appointed by the Governor; and one (1) non-voting member appointed by the Chief Justice of the Wyoming Supreme Court. Section 1(d) of the legislation established the Commission's duties as follows: (i) Review the current configuration of the Wyoming state government and the duties and responsibilities of state agencies including identifying any potential areas of overlap and any programs that have accomplished their original objective or have otherwise become obsolete; (ii) Identify current opportunities for increasing efficiency and reducing costs through executive action or legislation; (iii) Identify areas for further study, including a recommendation of specific areas

M EETING NOTICE W YOMING LEGISLATIVE SERVICE OFFICE MANAGEMENT COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE Speaker Kermit Brown, Chairman of the Management Council, has announced the Council will meet: January 4, 2016 Jonah Business Center, Room L-54 1:00 p.m. January 5, 2016 Wyoming Liquor Commission 6601 Campstool Road 8:00 a.m. Agenda The purpose of the meeting is to receive an update on the Capitol Renovation Project and committee actions on issues assigned at the last Council meeting. The Council will review a report and suggested legislation from the Title 25 subcommittee, receive updates on Jonah building items, review various Management Council policy changes previously requested and receive information on the budget bill process and LSO operations. The Council will also review legislation including the legislative “feed bill,” revisor’s bill, initiative review process, legislators’ participation in state benefit plans and legislative requests for Attorney General opinions. The Council will also approve a calendar for the budget session, and take up other budget session and administrative matters. An agenda will be posted on the legislative website at www.wyoleg.gov.
