Alteration of boundaries — for THE ORGANIZED HAMLET OF BURGIS BEACH Under the authority conferred upon the Minister of Government Relations by section 61 of The Municipalities Act, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: All that portion of Parcel C, Plan No. 90Y11231, Extension 0, the adjacent portion of Matichuk Ave., Plan No. 90Y11231 and all of Parcel D, Plan No. 90Y11231 all within Section 34, Township 29, Range 5, West of the Second Meridian, shown within the bold outline on Schedule A attached hereto and forming part of this Order, be added to the Organized Hamlet of Burgis Beach. The Paramedics Act [subsection 15(2)] ______

Saskatchewan College of Paramedics — REGULATORY BYLAW AMENDMENTS Pursuant to subsection 15(2) of The Paramedics Act, the Regulatory Bylaws of the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics are amended as follows: Section 2 is amended as follows: Clause 2(1)(c) is repealed and replaced with the following: “2(1)(c) have successfully completed one of the following education programs within the past two years:”. Clause 2(1)(e) is amended by striking out”; and” at the end of the clause and replacing with “.”. Clause 2(1)(f) is repealed. Subsection 2(2) is repealed and replaced with: “2(2) A person who is applying for initial registration as a member pursuant to subsection 20(1) of the Act but who has not completed one of the educational program requirements of clause 2(1)(c) within the past two years shall: (a) if their initial education program pursuant to clause 2(1)(c) was taken over two years ago but less than five years ago, have successfully completed a refresher program for their license level that is deemed appropriate by council; or (b) if their initial education program pursuant to clause 2(1)(c) was taken over five years ago, retake one of the educational programs required by 2(1)(c) in its entirety”. New subsection 2(4) is added: “2(4) Applicants shall be deemed to meet the requirements of clause 2(1)(c) and subsection 2(3) by providing evidence that they are registered in another Canadian jurisdiction and are in good standing in that jurisdiction”. Section 5 is amended as follows: Subsection 5(1) is repealed and replaced with: “5(1) To maintain eligibility for a practicing membership, the member shall: (a) in the one year period immediately preceding the registration year for which the membership is sought and commencing for the 2014 licensing year, provide evidence of having completed a minimum of 20 credits of continuing medical education in council approved activities”.
