If you click on the copy of the cover you can see it enlarged to show the small line Previously published as "Another Bull... Night in .... City." No updates or edits since the last publication. The book is great, by the way. Go read those reviews on the other Nick Flynn page ( has twice rejected this review, presumably because of the original profane title of the book... it was rejected even after I Greeked the text). I'm not sure that is doing the right thing by not putting this info in the forefront.
