Page 4 national.ballet.ca Synopsis Act II Scene I – A party at the Hotel Particulier Act I of Madame Scene I – The courtyard of an inn in Paris Manon arrives at the party given by Monsieur The courtyard at the inn is frequented by Guillot de Morfontaine and is clearly torn actresses, gentlemen and the demi-monde between the wealth of her companion and her from Paris.
