Launching Houses in Multiple Occupation Licensing scheme consultation

The Borough of Tower Hamlets is consulting on introducing an Œ’Additional’ Licensing scheme for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) under the provisions within the Housing Act 2004. This Œ’Additional’ Licensing scheme will cover the whole Borough excluding the current Selective licensing designation ( and Banglatown, Weavers, pre 2014 wards).
