  • 5 Times Celebrity Gossip Turned out to Be Untrue,Jennifer Aniston’
Dating Advice: 10 Signs of Cheating You Need To Know By Molly Jacob Most people have either had a partner cheat on them, cheated on someone, or knows someone who has been cheated on. While you of course hope that your partner will always be faithful, you never know when infidelity might strike your relationship and love life. If that happens, you’ll want all the dating and relationship advice you can get. Check out Cupid’s 10 signs of cheating that you need to know! 1. Focus on appearance: With any long-term relationship, you start to care less and less about your appearance because you both have seen each other at your worst. But you’ve noticed that your partner has started caring more about their physique, and less about what you think about their looks. This could be a sign that they’re looking their best for someone else. 2. Less sexual intimacy: There are many reasons why someone could have a reduced libido, but classic relationship advice says that if your partner suddenly becomes less interested in being intimate with you, it could be because they’re interested in being intimate with someone else. Related Link: Celebrity Couples That Have Bounced Back After Cheating 3. More interest in sex: On the opposite end of this extreme, your cheating partner could suddenly have more of a sex drive. Your partner might be acting differently in bed or have a new confidence you haven’t seen since you two started dating. While spicing up your sex life can be a good thing with relationships and love, sometimes it may mean something more.

Transitions, Tribulations & Triumphs Third Annual Conference South Asian Studies Association University of Central Florida Fairwinds Alumni Center Orlando, Florida April 3-5, 2009 Distinguished Achievement Honorees Anil Deshpande Harold A. Gould Plenary Session Speakers Vivek Wadhwa Ambassador Arun K. Singh Laurie L. Patton Featured Guests Arun Sharma David Verquist Rinku Singh Dinesh Patel A Warm Sunshine State Welcome SASA. Two years age we met as the South Asian Studies Alliance, SASA, a project of Asian Studies on the Pacific Coast (ASPAC). For years ASPAC saw declining South Asian participation at Asian Studies conferences all around the country. This made no sense so ASPAC decided to test the waters by organizing a South Asia specific conference. Overnight we became the second largest gathering of South Asianists in the U.S. Effective October 18, 2007 we became the South Asian Studies Association, a California non-profit, public benefit corporation. A couple months later the IRS granted us 501(c3) tax exempt status retroactive to the date of incorporation. SASA III. SASA II saw a 25% growth over SASA I, an extraordinary achievement in a period of shrinking budgets and overall declining conference attendance. Over the last several months, with the American economy in turmoil, conferences of all kinds have been severely hammered, SASA included. Yet, we continue to thrive. We are grateful to the University of Central Florida for their generous support and provision of space. SASA IV. Next year we will meet in the heart of Silicon Valley, Santa Clarita, California. As a 100% all volunteer organization we encourage you to join us in pulling together to make SASA IV another success.

  • 2020 Network Annual Report
2020 ANNUAL REPORT A Year of Growth and Innovation Engaging Enriching Philanthropy Contents Letters 3 Our Work 7 Our Honorees 23 Our Reports 28 Our Leadership 32 Financials 34 Donors and Sponsors 36 2 Letters Note from Ed Tazzia Fellow Alums, As I write this letter, I’ve been trying to find the right word to describe 2020. Demanding. Frustrating. Scary. Remarkable. Challenging. Uncertain. As a Network, we were not spared from the impact of COVID-19. One of the greatest impacts was to our plans for the 2021 Global Conference scheduled for Washington, DC. Those plans had to be scrapped as we couldn’t guarantee speakers, attendance or sponsorship for an in-person event. As a result, we’ve done what we were all trained to do. We analyzed the situation and pivoted with the goal of delivering an even bigger and better event – albeit virtual for the vast majority of our members. We will shortly be announcing that the 2021 Conference will be streamed in November of 2021 with the possibility of a smaller studio audience in Cincinnati with the very strong support of the Company. The virtual nature should allow us to get even stronger speakers than we’ve had in the past, an even larger global audience, and an outstanding opportunity to grow and strengthen our Network. As the needs of the world have shown this year especially, there is a new focus, a new demand to rethink the approach we all take to business. Doing well by doing good is no longer just a nice thing to put on a lobby wall, it has become a requirement for future success in our businesses.
