Service Pack 1 includes a rollup of all Cumulative Updates released through April 2011 and all Public Updates released through June 2011. They are not included in the list below, which is specific to changes that are shipping for the first time in SP1. 2. Because we relied on experts of each product to write the text below, the phrasing throughout the table is not 100% consistent. Some of the text simply describes a problem that was fixed by SP1, while other text describes the problem and the new behavior after installing SP1. Desktop is the first screen when computer is turned on. Desktop has icons, mouse pointer, and taskbar. WINDOWS-10 DESKTOP TASKBAR Taskbar: The rectangular bar that runs horizontally across the bottom of the screen is called taskbar. It provides access to all programs, it include start button, time, etc. You can also switch one program to another program here by using the task bar. Task bar also has quick launch it allows you to open frequently used programs quickly. DEFAULT DESKTOP ICONS Icons are small graphical images that can represent computer programs, files, folders. To activate the icon you double click on it with the left mouse button. The standard icons in windows operating system includes- This PC Network Recycle Bin Documents folder, etc. RECYCLE BIN The files removed by the user in the computer will go to this Recycle bin. Do you want to remove the files permanently from the computer then select ―deletea‖ option in the recycle bin. If you want to get back files from recycle bin to the original location where the file is actually deleted, then select ―restorea‖ option from the recycle bin. THIS PC /MY COMPUTER This is a standard icon and is very useful; it contains all the resources available in your computer.
