CENTRAL MASSACHUSETTS REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION BOSTON CMRPC Location: CMRPC is one of 14 Regional Planning Agencies which is centrally located in Worcester County Massachusetts. CMRPC assists 40 member communities within its jurisdiction on transportation, economic development, environmental, land use, and community development needs. CMRPC is bordered by Montachusett Regional Planning Commission (MRPC) to the north, Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) to the east, Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) on the northwest, Pioneer Valley Planning Commission(PVPC) to the west, and the state of Connecticut and Rhode Island to the south.
