A Celebration of Heritage, Design and Community A celebration of heritage, design and community We pay tribute to the character and story of West Melbourne through the creation of a dynamic residential development – drawing inspiration from the materials, methods and memories of industry. We present a lifestyle that balances urban and serene environments. That complements comfort with accessibility. That meets the needs of an inclusive community with a suite of products spanning apartments, penthouses and heritage-wrapped townhouses. With the façade of a historic tin smithing and canning factory incorporated into the design, residents will truly live amidst West Melbourne’s legacy. Join us as we shape the culture of this vital, growing suburb in its premier place of living – Gadsden. 2 3 4 Industrial Legacy The legacy of a place is a collaboration between people, trades and time.
