USAID Rule of Law (ROL) Project Implemented by Development Professionals Inc. (DPI)

Announces a Call for Proposals for Procurement and Delivery of Hardware Equipment for Serbian State Attorney regional offices (Valjevo, Zrenjanin and Kraljevo)

The USAID Rule of Law (ROL) project is a four-year, $9.8 million project supporting justice sector reforms that enhance the timely delivery of justice for Serbian citizens. The project works with the courts, public enforcement officers and the State Attorney’s Office to increase judicial efficiency, transparency and access to justice.

The project supports strategic advancement of Serbia’s judicial reform process and range of initiatives to improve court operations, reduce delays in court proceedings and increase public confidence in the work of the courts. This includes: more efficient delivery of court documents to reduce trial delays, and streamlined court administration.

Development Professionals Inc. (DPI), which is implementing the USAID Rule of Law (ROL) Project, is soliciting proposals from eligible parties for specified hardware equipment for the State Attorney Office to enable proper implementation of the Luris application in regional offices (Valjevo, Zrenjanin and Kraljevo).

The full terms of the Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) can be downloaded from http://www.rolps.org, and all interested parties are encouraged to respond. All bidders must designate an e-mail address within their Proposal for all official communication during the tender process.

Any questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing via e-mail to [email protected] in the manner specified in the RFP. Questions regarding the RFP terms are due by 17:00 (Belgrade local time) on March 03, 2021. After that deadline, responses to all questions received will be communicated by 17:00 (Belgrade local time) on March 05, 2021. Responses to questions will be communicated by e-mail to the e-mail address from which the question(s) was sent, and shall be publicly posted on http://www.rolps.org. All responses to questions will be provided without identifying the bidder who submitted the question.
