Mamata Banerjee (Minister of Railways) moved:- (I) “That the Bill to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of India for the services of the financial year 2010-11 for the purposes of Railways, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration. 5-11 p.m. (i) The motion for consideration of the Appropriation (Railways) Bill, 2011 was adopted. Clauses 2, 3 and the Schedule were adopted. Clause 1, the Enacting Formula and the Title were adopted. The motion moved by Km. Mamata Banerjee that the Bill be returned was adopted and the Bill was returned.
