Vol. 1: The Case of the Cunningham Heritage Oct. 18, 1954. First show in the series. The first part of the show is a faithful retelling of Holmes and Watson's meeting as in "A Study in Scarlet" until Holmes invites the good doctor to their first murder investigation. Lastrade has it all wrong, of course, picking the most likely suspect, Peter Cunningham's secret bride, a "jailbird". The Case of Lady Beryl Oct. 25, 1954 Visiting a home of high nobility, a businessman is murdered. Lady Beryl has confessed, which satisfies Scotland Yard, but not Holmes. He suspects she is covering something up, and he digs deeper, finding valuable clues. The Case of the Pennsylvania Gun Nov. 1, 1954 Holmes and Watson travel to the Sussex countryside to fish -- literally -- for clues in a shotgun murder of John Douglas, what Holmes calls "The Case of the Other Dumbbell." He not only deduces who the murderer is, but also who the victim is. The Case of the Texas Cowgirl Nov. 8, 1954 Minnie, a cowgirl from a travelling western show, visits Holmes after she finds a dead body in her room. Afraid that a scandal would endanger her marriage plans, she asks Holmes to help her move the body.

Vol. 2: The Case of the Belligerant Ghost Nov. 15, 1954 When Dr. Watson thinks that he has seen a ghost, it puts Sherlock Holmes on a trail that leads to a crime at an art museum. The Case of the Shy Ballerina Nov. 22, 1954 Dr. Watson accidentally comes home from his club with another man's coat, providing an important clue when the other man is murdered late that same night. The Case of the Winthrop Legend Nov. 29, 1954 Sherlock Holmes seeks a rational explanation for the Winthrop family legend, which foretells the death of any family member who unexpectedly finds silver coins in his possession. The Case of the Blind Man’s Bluff Dec. 6, 1954 Inspector Lestrade looks to Holmes for answers after two men are murdered on separate occasions. The common clue? A chicken's foot, bound by a black ribbon, sent to each victim before his demise.

Vol. 3: The Case of Harry Crocker Dec. 13, 1954 Vaudeville escape artist Harry Crocker turns to Sherlock Holmes for help when he is accused of strangling a chorus girl. The Mother Hubbard Case Dec. 20, 1954 Margaret Martini's finacee, Richard Trevor, has gone missing, but the trail to his whereabouts after escorting a little lost girl home leads to seven other murders and a very unlikely murderer. Holmes tries to feed divinity fudge to a canary. The Case of the Red-Headed League Dec. 27, 1954 Sherlock Holmes investigates a strange story told to him by a shopkeeper, who claims to have been a member of the 'League of Red-Headed Men' until it unexpectedly dissolved. The Case of the Shoeless Engineer Jan. 3, 1955 Holmes and Watson encounter a badly injured man who is carrying an unconscious young woman. Their tale leads to counterfeiters. Vol. 4: The Case of the Split Ticket Jan. 10, 1955 Two people, who share a winning sweepstakes ticket with a third party, come to Holmes for help since the ticket must be turned in by midnight. The Case of the French Interpreter Jan. 17, 1955 A French interpreter tells Holmes how he was abducted to persuade a Frenchman to sign some valuable papers. The Case of the Singing Violin Jan. 24, 1955 Betty is tormented by apparent hallucinations, the latest of which she refers to as a 'singing violin.' Her stepfather brings her fiancé to see her and tells the young man Betty is going to be declared insane. The fiancé goes to consult Sherlock Holmes, but is murdered. The Case of the Greystone Inscription Jan. 31, 1955 Holmes and Watson are called to investigate Miss Channing's missing financee, who apparently discovered the secret to a hidden treasure of King Richard II, which Laird Greystone wants to keep at any cost.

Vol. 5: The Case of the Laughing Mummy Feb. 7, 1955 Sherlock Holmes helps one of Dr. Watson's old friends by explaining the source of an odd noise in the man's home, but in doing so Holmes uncovers a more serious mystery. The Case of the Thistle Killer Feb. 14, 1955 Sherlock Holmes helps Scotland Yard to track down a killer who has been leaving three thistles next to each of the women he has murdered. The Case of the Vanished Detective Feb. 21, 1955 When Sherlock Holmes disappears, Dr. Watson and Inspector Lestrade begin a search that leads them to a small shop. The Case of the Careless Suffragette Feb. 28, 1955 A zealous suffragette acquires a bomb shaped like a croquet ball, intending only to draw attention to her cause, but it is switched with a real croquet ball and explodes, killing a member of Parliament.

Vol. 6: The Case of the Reluctant Carpenter March 7, 1955 Sherlock Holmes races against time in order to find the location of a bomb that was planted somewhere in London by an extortionist. The Case of the Deadly Prophecy March 14, 1955 Holmes and Watson are called to a boy's school in Belgium. It seems that a young student has gotten into the habit of writing the names of faculty members on the steps of a nearby church, and shortly afterwards person whose name has been written down is found dead. The Case of the Christmas Pudding April 4, 1955 When a serial killer is sentenced to death, he issues a threat that he will kill Sherlock Holmes before he himself is executed. The Night Train Riddle April 11, 1955 A young boy and his father are traveling on a train, and after they have a fight, the boy runs out of the compartment and seems to have vanished into thin air. Although his governess thinks he has simply run away, Holmes begins to suspect something a bit more serious. Vol. 7: The Case of the Violent Suitor April 18, 1955 An advice columnist, Alex Doogle, advises a young woman to break up with her violent and insanely jealous boyfriend. The jilted boyfriend then beats Doogle, who turns to Sherlock Holmes, both for his own protection and to save the young woman from her crazed fiancé. The Case of the Baker Street Nursemaids April 25, 1955 A baby is left on Holmes' and Watson's doorstep. The child turns out to be the son of a missing French scientist. When Watson is later brutally attacked and the baby kidnapped, the detectives must find the baby and its father and avoid an international scandal. The Case of the Perfect Husband May 2, 1955 Russell Partridge announces to his wife Janet one day that he is in fact a killer and she has one day to get her affairs in order before he murders her. Janet can get no one to believe her tale, except Holmes and Watson, who must devise a plan to trap the killer. The Case of the Jolly Hangman May 9, 1955 A traveling salesman is found hanged in his hotel room. Although the police eventually rule it to be a suicide, his widow thinks otherwise and asks Holmes to investigate the mysterious "suicide" further.

Vol. 8: The Case of the Imposter Mystery May 16, 1955 Holmes and Watson return from a vacation at Brighton to find an impostor has been impersonating Holmes, misadvising Lestrade to guard Hambleburg's, not Carrolton's, jewelry store and Sir Arthur to hide his valuables in the biscuit jar. The Case of the Eiffel Tower May 23, 1955 After a famous criminal is run over and killed by a milk truck, Lestrade finds a coded note in the man's clothing. He asks Holmes to decipher it, and Holmes' subsequent investigation leads him to assume the dead gangster's identity and follow a trail of clues to Paris. The Case of the Exhumed Client May 30, 1955 Sir Charles Farnsworth is found dead in his mysterious Farnsworth Castle. It turns out that Farnsworth had a clause inserted in this will that his death, no matter what the apparent cause, would be investigated by Sherlock Holmes. The Case of the Impromptu Performance June 6, 1955 A condemned man scheduled to hang the next day uses his last request to ask Sherlock Holmes to prove his innocence of the murder for which he is about to be executed.

Vol. 9: The Case of the Baker Street Bachelors June 20, 1955 A political leader is being blackmailed, and to find the blackmailers, Holmes and Watson join a lonely hearts club. However, things don't go quite as planned, and Holmes winds up getting arrested and thrown in jail. The Case of the Royal Murder June 27, 1955 As payment for solving a case, Holmes and Watson are invited to spend a weekend at an estate in the Balkans. However, their vacation is cut short when another guest, Prince Stefan, is poisoned and their host is accused of the murder. Holmes must find the real killer. The Case of the Haunted Gainsborough July 4, 1955 This is the story of the hunt for the MacGregan treasure -- and curse. The villain would be the castle's foreclosing morgage holder, Archibald Ross. The Case of the Neurotic Detective July 11, 1955 Holmes begins acting even stranger than usual -- he tries to keep Watson from seeing the diamond necklace in his humidor, refuses to help Lestrade with the crime wave, dresses up to go with a Miss Jennifer Ames to a dance! Vol. 10: The Case of the Unlucky Gambler July 18, 1955 A young boy shows up at Baker Street, asking for Holmes' help in finding his missing father. Holmes' investigation reveals that the man is a gambler on the run from his creditors, and the team begins to make the rounds of the seedy gambling underworld in search of the boy's father. The Case of the Diamond Tooth Sep. 19, 1955 While walking along the banks of the River Thames, Watson finds a diamond tooth. The article takes on more meaning later, however, when Holmes learns that the body of a murder victim had been discovered near where Watson found the tooth. The Case of the Tyrant’s Daughter Oct. 17, 1955 A chemist is accused of the murder of his fiancé's stepfather, who was determined to keep the two apart. Although there is mounting evidence of the chemist's guilt, Holmes is requested by the old man's housekeeper to investigate the case, as she believes the young man to be innocent. Vol. 1: Weekend Murder (10/3/1952) The Norths visit their friend, actress Lily Storm, in her country home for the weekend. Upon arrival, they discover the housekeeper is missing and a dead body in the closet! Till Death Do Us Part (10/10/1952) Pam and Jerry's wedding anniversary celebration gets interrupted by a woman dressed in a bridal gown bursting into their apartment and dropping dead. House Behind the Wall (1/16/1953) The Norths get a flat tire one dark and stormy night out in the country. Upon seeking aid at a desolate house, they are drawn into a murder plot. The Ungrateful Killer (3/2/1954) A wounded killer, running from police and underworld, forces the Norths to drive him to Montreal.

Vol. 2: Phantom at the Wedding (3/23/1954) Who has a motive to want to kill attorney and friend to the Norths', Robert Tyler? After several failed murder attempts, Tyler still wants to go forward with his marriage to Susan. The Silent Butler (12/26/1952) Pam and Jerry hire a butler who is suspected of the murder of the butler in the next apartment. Trained for Murder (6/12/1953) The Norths go to a training camp so Jerry can interview the up-and-coming prizefighter, Vince Mc Flight 217 (3/9/1954) The Norths search for a missing author in Mexico City, but decide to go back home, booking themselves aboard the next flight to Miami. Time bomb on board.

Vol. 3: Murder for Sale (4/20/1954) A jealous husband arranges for his wife's lover's murder and then has second thoughts. Two Faced (6/5/1953) Elsie Dargon, a manicurist, recognizes a wanted bank robber and confronts him with blackmail. Breakout (4/17/1953) The Norths visit the state penitentiary to meet with the notorious racketeer, Dave Gerard. In an escape attempt they are taken hostage. Million Dollar Coffin (7/3/1953) The Norths accompany Mr. Sykes out of town to exhume the grave of Sykes' ancestor who was buried with valuable, historical documents. They find a million dollars in stolen money!

Vol. 4: A Good Buy (10/17/1952) Pam buys an old trunk at an auction which just happens to contain a corpse. On the Rocks (1/2/1953) A pleasant weekend at the country estate of a novelist is spoiled by the poisoning murder of a publisher's wife. Pretty Baby (4/3/1953) A baby left in Pam's care is kidnapped. Formula for Trouble (1/9/1953) Pam takes a book on weaving out of the library which just happens to have a secret formula tucked into it. Vol. 5: The Beauty Prize (1/23/1953) Curious about a beauty contestant who could easily be mistaken for her twin, Pam finds herself backstage at the Miss Venus contest and filling in. Dead Man’s Tale (11/21/1952) When Jerry Lawson, a bookmaker working out of Dave's Cigar Store, is found dead, the most obvious suspect, Nick Magnus, fights to clear his name. Comic Strip Tease (12/5/1952) Mrs. Helsir needs help with her son who has come under the influence of a young gang of thugs. The Norths get a comic strip artist to write in the story. Reunion (2/9/1954) While attending a college alumni reunion, the Norths become aware of a blackmail attempt to stop production of the atomic bomb. Pam is held hostage at gunpoint.

Vol. 6: Forgotten Grave (11/14/1952) On stormy night the Norths stumble on a creepy mansion with “Help...murder” on the window. Loon Lake (2/16/1954) The Norths catch more than trout when a vicious criminal hides at their vacation spot. Terror (2/13/1953) A crackpot doctor with a Jekyll-Hyde complex gives the Norths a night of terror. The Nobles (12/19/1952) Pam becomes a volunteer nurse for seniors. Her first client has a homicidal family.

Vol. 7: Hot Mink (5/1/1953) The Norths get involved in a con game after a mink coat is delivered on Pam's birthday. Surprise (11/28/1952) Pam and Jerry attend a surprise party where one of the guests get murdered. Suspected (5/11/1954) The Norths take in a woman who has been accused of murdering her rich, elderly employer. Model for Murder (6/26/1953) Don Santiago, the suave yet cold head of the modeling school in which Pam just enrolled, has been murdered with a fencing epee.

Vol. 8: Man Who Came to Murder (4/10/1953) To celebrate their fifth anniversary, Pam and Jerry return to Honeymoon Inn where a secret regarding a marriage license culminates in murder. The Mark of Hate (5/18/1954) A suicidal invalid, Gordon Lane, is bitter about his life and jealous of his wife's new lover. Nosed Out (11/7/1952) After a day at the racetrack, the Norths find a dead man in the trunk of their new car, later identified as the jockey, Eddie Mears. The Frightened Bride (2/27/1953) The Norths and their newly married friend Helen, drive out to her recently acquired country home. Vol. 2: The Big Bar 10/14/1954. A murderer is on the loose who orders the same drink and plays the same song in every bar. The Big Pair 9/16/1954. An old man and his granddaughter are burglarized, leaving them broke and starving. The Big Crime 9/9/1954. Twin girls are missing! The Big War 4/10/1958. Friday and Smith crack down on teenage gangs.

Vol. 3: The Big Hands 5/21/1953. Friday and Smith find a woman with a broken neck in a hotel room and suspect a psycho killer. The Big September Man 5/8/1952. When a secretary is beaten to death the search leads to a religious fanatic. The Big Seventeen 11/6/1952. Friday and Smith investigate a group of teenagers who are using and selling drugs. The Big Show 1/22/1953. A seven-week-old baby is found abandoned in a bus station.

Vol. 4: The Big Boys 1/21/1954. The cops stake out a hotel lobby waiting for juvenile armed robbers. The Big Trunk 1/7/1954. Burglaries in new housing projects. The Big Oskar 10/14/1958. An old man named Oskar brings in stolen property he claims he found. The Big Betty 9/24/1953. Friday and Smith track down a confidence ring that is selling defective watches. Vol. 5: The Big Break 3/19/1953. Friday and Smith track down an escaped convict who is armed and dangerous. The Big Thief 12/17/1953. A doctor is slugged in a downtown hotel and narcotics are stolen from his bag. The Big Little Jesus 12/24/1953. A statue of baby Jesus is stolen from a church, and Friday must find it before Christmas. The Big Frame 4/22/1954. A man’s body is found in the gutter and the only clue is a pair of skid marks found nearby.

Vol. 6: The Big Cast 2/14/1952. The police interrogate a suspect whom they believe to have murdered more than a dozen men. The Big False Make 5/27/1954. A store manager identifies a robbery suspect, but Friday and Smith think that the suspect is the wrong man. The Big Casing 6/5/1952. A man claims that his wife committed suicide right in front of him, but the evidence suggests otherwise. The Big Phone Call 5/22/1952. Friday confronts a jeweler with tape recorded evidence that proves he hired someone to rob his own store.

Vol. 7: A Gun for Christmas 12/18/1952. Two small boys are missing, there are blood stains on the ground and a gun meant as a Christmas present is gone. Aka “The Big 55 Rifle for Christmas.” The Big Grandma 1/8/1953. An elderly woman is passing bad checks, but no one suspects her because she looks harmless. The Big Hands 5/23/1953. Friday and Smith suspect a psycho killer when they find a woman with a broken neck in a hotel room. Gangbusters (1952) Action-packed stories on the apprehension of major criminals, taken from actual police and FBI files. The stories were presented in semi-documentary style. There was no continuing cast, but creator and writer Phillips H. Lord narrated each show. Each show concludes with the search for a real criminal currently at large. Vol. 1 The Durable Mike Malloy Case Petty crooks try their best to kill an indigent man to collect insurance on him, but Mike keeps coming back for more free, but poisoned, liquor. The Rocco Case A psychotic crook engages an innocent womenin a bizarre scheme to kill his wife. The Bayless Case A bank robber escaping by plane resembles another man on the same flight. Alvin Karpas A machine-gun wielding gangster joins the Ma Barker gang to rob banks. Vol. 2: The Phantom Case A masked phantom and his gang commit a series of payroll robberies, and the police can't seem to find a trace of them. The Burl Case Exploits of a lone wolf jewel bandit. Dillinger John Dillinger was Public Enemy #1. One by one all his friends were caught or killed. The Suma Case Eyeglasses found near a murdered policeman are the only clue at the grisly crime scene!

Vol. 3: The Blonde Tigress A policewoman goes undercover to infiltrate a gang of armed and dangerous criminals led by a vicious but beautiful blonde. O'Dell-Griffen Police in Buffalo, NY, mount a search for a ring of deadly jewel thieves believed to be hiding across the border in Canada. The Dennis Case Charming, gymnastic thief burgles during parties. The Red Dress The day her boyfriend is released from jail, a power-mad femme fatale puts the old gang back together and leads them on a murder spree!

Vol. 4: Edward Menduro Criminal mastermind (and unlikely doting father) Edward Menduro and his partner use deadly poison gas to strike terror in Chicago's Southside currency exchanges. Billot Flaschette Detectives work tirelessly to locate members of an international gang of jewel thieves after they make off with over a million dollars in loot stolen from a estate. The Unholy Three Three hoodlums on a crime spree use a church mission as their unlikely hideout. The Scissors Gang A cross-dressing mob in Connecticut escalates their crimes from robbery to extortion! The Lawless Years Follows Barney Ruditsky (played by James Gregory), a plainclothes police detective in New York City during the 1920's. The show was loosely based on the real life Ruditsky who was a New York police officer during the period.

Vol. 1: The Ray Baker Story 8/6/1959 Co-Starring Stanley Adams. Racketeer Ray Baker stands accused of killing a young girl during a wild party but the confession of a dying racketeer exonerates him and implicates another mobster. The Story Of Lucky Silva 8/13/1959 Co-Starring Martin Landau. Lucky Silva is a small-time hood with big ambitions. He soon rises to a position of promi- nence in the New York City Mafia. The Morrison Story 8/20/1959 Co-Starring Philip Coolidge. A judge is murdered right before a state crime committee is scheduled to look at his activi- ties. The Poison Ivy Story 8/27/1959 Co-Starring Frank de Kova, Ted de Corsia and Dean Stanton. Ruditsky is temporarily assigned to duty in a precinct in order to get the goods on a gang of young hooligans who have pulled a series of drug store robberies.

Vol. 2: The Max Gorman Story 6/25/1959 Co-Starring Robert H. Harris. Ex-convict Maxie Gorman gets a Machiavellian character named A. J. to finance his entry into the bootlegging business. The two men become partners but when the money starts rolling in Maxie looks for a way to rid himself of A. J The Muddy Kasoff Story 7/2/1959 Co-Starring Nita Talbot. Racketeers force Muddy Kassoff to rent cars for them but he's secretly tipping off the police. Framed 7/16/1959 Co-Starring James Lamphier and Caroline Hughes. When Ruditsky won't take a bribe, a waterfront crime gang at- tempts to frame him. Four The Hard Way 7/23/1959 Co-Starring John Vivyan. Ruditsky warns visiting gambler Big Ziggy to get out of town but he gets roped into a crooked card game by three cardsharps.

Vol 3: The Lion And The Mouse 5/21/1959 Co-Starring Richard Bakalyan. A small-time mobster plots revenge against the gangsters who attacked him and left him for dead. No Fare 5/28/1959 Co-Starring Steven Peck. The underworld bribes a police detective to withhold information in an investigation. The Payoff 6/11/1959 Co-Starring . A bootlegger's girlfriend is murdered when she dumps him for another gang member. The Marie Walters Story 6/18/1959 Co-Starring Barbara Stuart. When the body of a young woman is fished from the Harlem River, a woman named Marie Walters becomes the chief witness against the bootlegging gang thought responsible.

Vol. 4: The Nick Joseph Story 4/16/1959 Co-Starring Vic Morrow and Jan Merlin. Nick Joseph, a young hood from the Lower East Side of Manhattan, finds his true calling when he becomes a hired killer for the notorious Murder, Inc. The Immigrant 4/23/1959 Co-Starring Clu Gulager. Tommy Pavlock, a young immigrant teen, begins running with a gang much to the dismay of his mother. She gets Detective Ruditsky to try and set young Tommy straight. The Jane Cooper Story 4/30/1959 Co-Starring Rebecca Welles. Parolee Jane Cooper's mobster boyfriends keep meeting bad ends. The mob then nick- names her Jane the Jinx. The Story of Cutie Jaffe 5/7/1959 Co-Starring Robert Fuller. Cutie Jaffe is a small time Lower East Side hoodlum who gets pretensions of bigger things when he starts knocking over his brother-in-law's bootlegging trucks.

Vol. 5 The Big Man 11/12/1959 Co-Starring John Vivyan. Gangster Louis Otto was once Ruditsky's childhood friend. Now he's wanted for the murder of one of his underlings. The Joe Angelo Story 11/19/1959 Co-Starring Arthur Batanides. Trucker Joe Angelo is beaten severely by gangsters when he refuses to cooperate with them. The Billy Grimes Story 12/3/1959 Co-Starring Walter Sande. Ruditsky is marked for death by a person or persons unknown. A drug addicted member of a recently busted numbers racket might hold the key to the mystery. The Sonny Rosen Story 12/17/1959 Co-Starring Peter Brocco and Dorothy Adams. The mob kidnaps the son of a millionaire and holds him for a ransom of $100,000.00. Or did they?

Vol. 6: The Prantera Story 9/3/1959 Co-Starring Robert Strauss. A crooked lawyer schemes to gain control of the rackets with the aide of former under- world czar Nick Prantera who's now become a Bowery bum. But Prantera doesn't have any intention of playing second fiddle. The Al Brown Story 10/1/1959 Co-Starring Jack Weston. Hoodlum Al Brown destroys a blind man's shop and this puts Ruditsky on his trail. But it will be under another name that Brown becomes infamous. Big Greeny Story 10/8/1959 Co-Starring Jack Kruschen and John Vivyan. When a garment factory owner is murdered the trail leads to the notori- ous Lepke Buchalter who sends the hit man responsible, Big Greeny, to to hide out under the auspices of the equally notorious Bugsy Siegal. The Art Harris Story 10/15/1959 Co-Starring John Beradino. Ruditsky goes after Art Harris who has muscled his way into the political scene in order to protect his organized crime interests.

Vol. 7 -- Free Bonus Disc The Dutch Schultz Story 5/14/1959 Co-Starring John Dennis and Jack Kruschen. Dutch Schultz plans to bump off special prosecutor Thomas Dewey over the objections of fellow mobsters. The Tony Morelli Story 7/30/1959 Co-Starring Tige Andrews.
