Evergreen Manuscript ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Scott Helman & Co The Evergreen Manuscript ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Scott Helman & Co. We are so close to reaching a point of no return. We have to act now to have a chance of saving our home. We need to stop talking and start doing. The Evergreen Manuscript ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Scott Helman & Co. I’m not optimistic about the future. I’m honestly extremely scared and angry wasting any second hand clothes or food about climate change. I just turned 24 and by giving it away to the less fortunate, using am afraid to be an adult & grow a family due less gas and somehow making our footprint to the possibility of the world ending sooner smaller, that way there could be a future in rather than later. I feel that we can change this world and lifetime. Right now, I’m not climate change and the future by making a optimistic about the future, which is why we difference in our daily lives - recycling, not need to make a change today. Help save the Earth. The people that have the money to help change things are the ones who seem not to care. They are the main reason we are in this mess and aren’t doing what they need to, to help save the Earth. The Evergreen Manuscript ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Scott Helman & Co. I’m scared I won’t have a future. I’m so scared. i feel like the world is ending so quickly and tbh i’m afraid i won’t get to do all the things i want to do in my life. i’m scared i won’t have a future. The reality of my future is terrifying. Climate change is a real problem in our the reality of my future is terrifying. Thinking world now. Governments need to address about climate change and how my future it before it is too late to reverse the damage is fully in the hands of government officials humans have done to this beautiful creation. and big cooperations that are ignoring the I am freakin terrified of climate change. I am problems they are causing puts me on the 20 years old and a University student. I want verge of tears but also makes me want to a family, a husband and kids someday but punch a wall in anger. The Evergreen Manuscript ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Scott Helman & Co. The future is gonna be hot — really hot. Yes I am scared even though I may joke about this a lot it still scares me what scares me the most is that some people don’t believe in it and yes it makes me angry especially when people argue it isn’t real. We can change this by teaming up and working together and if we don’t the future is gonna be hot really hot. The younger generation will see the worst of it. The future terrifies me, knowing we are slowly if I’ll ever have kids cause I’d hate for them to destroying our home is a very scary thought. watch the downfall of our home. The winters It makes me so fucking angry that not enough are colder and the summers are hotter its people are doing something. The older snowing in places it should never snow and generations are just ignoring everything animals are going extinct almost everyday. It thats happening beacuse its gonna be us the makes me so angry we need to do something younger generation that sees the worst of it. and do it now. It scares me so much that I don’t even know The Evergreen Manuscript ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Scott Helman & Co. Help us secure our future. I’m scared that my children would not see earth in its beauty. I’m scared that in one snap its all gone. I’m scared that I won’t have a future to look forward to. I am so scared that I became so conscious with everything that I consume or use everyday. I still hope that they will hear us and help us secure our future. A happier and healthier planet. I am very scared of climate change. My home act now and vote when it’s election time! My state is very rural and we’ve already seen the future won’t look bright if we only have so effects of climate change through flooding. much time to reverse what older generations I’m angry because my districts rep in the have caused. I would like to see a happier and house of reps didn’t talk about it instead he’s healthier planet not a dying one. We only get making headlines for being a racist coward. one planet and we need to treat it better! I think it’s up to us younger generations to The Evergreen Manuscript ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Scott Helman & Co. I hope you can hear my sarcasm. I’m beyond angry. People constantly say things like money wasted here and there in government around the world could be used to accomplish so many things instead of what it’s being used for. Money is moved around instead of action taken. In my short life I’ve seen so many habitats destroyed species go extinct or become endangered. There are places where healthy people can’t step outside for fear if the air pollution not to mention those who are disabled and even on quote on quote good days can’t dream of spending more than a few moments outside. Nature is to be worshiped and cherished and enjoyed. The potential to do something about its rapid decline is there but nothing is ever fucking done. I’m beyond pissed. People without a god damn regard for the future say it’s fine but those old fucks won’t be here to see the extent of the damage that’s been done. Giant companies destroy our world but using straws is of course the real issue. That’s what’s going to save the planet. I hope you can hear my sarcasm in these types words. I’m. Pissed. The Evergreen Manuscript ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Scott Helman & Co. I’m feeling sad. I’m feeling sad everything. I can’t like me but idk why. You’re music helps me a lot in this way. Thank u for this rlly This is a war we are fighting without even knowing it. There will be no planet left to live on. I’m so scared that there will be no future for my future kids. I’m angry that some people still ignore what is going on. This is our future, let’s make it better. If we don’t do anything about it, there will be no planet left to live on. Ice is melting, animals are dissappearing and some people just don’t care enough to do anything about it. No one would like there kids to grow up in an environment where they have to be scared for tsunami’s or forest fires, well this is going to happen if nobody does anything. It makes me scared and angry, we are talking about our future! The generation after us may not even know some animals or some corals because they will be destroyed, it’s devastating. The future will not be nice, some forests will be gone, some corals will be gone and some animal species will be gone. We have to change our way of living if we want a better future for us and our future kids. Our house is on fire. I’m terrified. Truly. Even as this article is written, controversy rages not only over the cause of his death but also the legacy he has left behind. 2 Michael manifested all that we loved and loathed of our humanity – a desire to restore the innocence of the world and yet a dark inclination towards deviant transgressions. He was very much an enigma that many imitated but few identifi ed with. Although he was a hypersensitive recluse victimized by an abusive childhood, his transformations of physiognomy caused him to be the focus of uninterrupted media attention. He reportedly gave millions to charitable organizations yet left behind an inheritance of debt and lawsuits.

TPWKY This is Exactly Right. Erin Welsh The disease began in various ways but commonly with chills and heats, pressure and pain in the head, soreness of throat and hoarseness, some cough, sickness of the stomach, frequent vomiting and purging. These symptoms occurred more frequently in children and were then very severe. In adults they were less emphatically expressed. Commonly on the uvula, tonsils, velum palatinum, and back part of the pharynx, several whitish or ash-colored spots appeared scattered up and down which oftentimes increased very fast, soon covering one or both of the tonsils. These eventually proved to be the sloughs of superficial ulcers. The tongue at this time, though only white and moist at the top, was very foul at the root and covered with a thick yellowish or brown coat. The breath also now began to be very nauseous, the offensive smell increased hourly and in some instances became quite intolerable even to the patients themselves. By the second or third day, the sloughs were much enlarged and of a darker color and the surrounding parts tended much more to a livid hue. The breathing became more difficult with a kind of rattling stertor as if the patient was actually strangling, the voice being exceedingly hoarse and hollow. TPWKY (This Podcast Will Kill You intro theme) Erin Allmann Updyke Whoa. Erin Welsh Yeah that's pretty intense. So what does that sound like to you? Erin Allmann Updyke Sounds like diphtheria? Daniel Z.: Hello, I'm Daniel Zomparelli and I am afraid of everything and I want to know what scares you, so I've invited people to tell me what they're afraid of. Then I talked with experts to dig a little deeper and get tips on how to deal. This is I'm Afraid That. When I was a kid I was scared of being photographed. There's a photo of my mother during one of our family vacations and she was standing next to a giant waterfall and if you looked close enough, you could see two tiny little legs behind her. I remember that photo because I started crying, not wanting to be photographed. The reason, my cousin told me once as a joke that if someone takes a photo of you, it takes a bit of your soul. Daniel Z.: I didn't know what a soul was except without one, Bart Simpson wasn't able to open an automatic sliding door, but that was enough to scare the poop out of me. Kids come up with all types of random and extremely specific fears. On this special episode of I'm Afraid That, we talk nightmares and scares with children. Then we talked with expert Meera [Gopalan 00:01:38] to learn how to talk with kids about the things that scare them. Daniel Z.: This first interview is super short, but it's helpful to show that sometimes kids just don't know how to talk about what scares them.
