This edition comes to highlight the risks and hazards due to the various types of fires and to show the importance of fire safety promotion. It is a human right to have a fire safe environment. All around the world fire safety and health is addressed through various organizations. YASA and LFPC cooperated together to promote the importance of fire safety promotion. What can be done to prevent domestic fires and control them in case they take place? The early detection of fires will prevent their spreading. LFPC recommends equipping homes with fire alarms and extinguishers. Furthermore, everyone should know the emergency numbers which should also be posted clearly close to the telephone and should be memorised.
