Orvieto, Italy Italian Studies Program, Semester Available to: Architecture, Interior Architecture & Product Design, Landscape Architecture, and Regional & Community Planning Scholarship Options: Dean’s Italian Studies Scholarship, Ben Hakimian Study Abroad Scholarship, and Anderson Family Study Abroad Scholarship Orvieto is an ancient city that sits on a massive cliff of tufa overlooking a valley that has been occupied since the end of the 5th century BCE. Students live in apartments in the historical city center and are able to take advantage of the many cultural opportunities of the city and surrounding region.

Orvieto, Italy Kansas State University in Italy, Summer Available to: Architecture, Interior Architecture & Product Design, Landscape Architecture, and Regional & Community Planning Kansas State University in Italy is located in the Italian hill town of Orvieto, in Umbria, Italy. Orvieto is centrally located between Rome and Florence, with both cities just a short train ride away. Students will study with KSU faculty members at the Centro Studi Citta di Orvieto and earn KSU credit in a newly renovated building located in the center of the historical district.

Prague, Czech Republic Czech Technical University Available to: Architecture and Interior Architecture & Product Design If you want to experience a more relaxed, less expensive Europe, you can do it here in the historic and culturally rich Czech capital.

Copenhagen, Denmark Danish Institute for Study Abroad (DIS) Available to: Architecture, Interior Architecture & Product Design, Landscape Architecture, and Regional & Community Planning Scholarship Option: DIS (Study Abroad of Scandinavia) KSU Scholarship Copenhagen offers culture, entertainment, cafes, transportation, and a small-town atmosphere. The studio core courses and study tours are intended to expand students’ professional skills and knowledge through interaction with Danish architects and designers.

Coburg, Germany Coburg University of Applied Sciences Available to: Interior Architecture & Product Design Located in Bavaria, Coburg combines a small town feel with medieval roots. Basic German proficiency is required, as courses are taught in German.

Trier, Germany Trier University of Applied Science Available to: Interior Architecture & Product Design Given its historic streets and structures, Trier understandably claims to be the oldest city in Germany. Basic German proficiency is required.

London, England API UAL – Central Saint Martin’ College of Art and Design Summer Scholarship Option: API (Academic Program International) KSU Scholarship Description: Central Saint Martin’s large, purpose-built campus is an exciting and energetic creative factory, bringing together students from the widest range of disciplines under one roof. Summer courses there provide a great opportunity to attend an intensive course where students work independently with the guidance of UAL faculty.
