We’ve received $24,179.00 from 85 parishioners. 22% of parishioners have helped us reach of our goal. Every gift is needed to support the entire Body of Christ in southeastern Wisconsin. Although diverse in age, race and culture, we are all one faith. If you are a new member, have forgotten or lost your envelope, there are some extras on the racks at the north entrance of church or in the church office. The following are suggestions for future donations: sauerkraut, canned potatoes, canned fruit, apple sauce, baked beans, mac & cheese, ketchup, mustard, cereal (8x10” box), flour, sugar, whole grains, rolled oats, pancake syrup, shampoo, bar soap, toothbrush, toothpaste Items should be placed in the large brown containers at each entrance. ~ Peg Harloff Patriotic Rosary All are invited to join the members of St. Monica and St. Eugene parishes in the recitation of the Patriotic Rosary for our Country on the 4th of July led by the Knights of Columbus. The Rosary begins immediately following the 8:00 am Mass at St. Eugene, 7600 North Port Washington Rd. and will be celebrated by Archbishop Lis- tecki. Layette Donations Attention knitters, sewers and crocheters! Each year, the Milwaukee Chapter of the Christ Child Society provides some 1,800 complete layette sets. SUMMER SCHOOL AT NORTHWEST CATHOLIC Summer school begins June 27 and goes through July 25. The Center for Urban Teaching will be running summer school for current and newly enrolled students entering grades K5 – 5. School is five days a week from 7:30am – 2:00pm. Ques- tions? NWCS ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH BOYS & GIRLS CLUB Beginning in the Fall, Boys & Girls Club will open a NEW after-school Community Learning Center at Northwest Catholic for the 2019/2020 school year. Some of the programs/activities they will provide are literacy, math, wellness and career readiness. This is a great opportunity for our students and their par- ents. CHECK US OUT!
