Public Forum Two members of the public were present who spoke in support of their proposed development for the land off Old Post Lane, Woolsthorpe by Colsterworth. They had been advised by SKDC Planning Department to look at the Neighbourhood Plan and considered this within their proposal. After listening to the members of the public’s proposals the Parish Councillors advised that they did not believe they sat within the Neighbourhood Plan and were not supportive of the scheme.
