Actual details shall be provided with engineering submission after eventual contract MAIN COMPONENTS The ATLANTIC SEA™ unit consists of one fully assembled and wired module supplied on a 3 part powder coated skid frame. This frame can be separated to allow installation through standard hull doors etc. Feed / Backwash Pump: Quantity: One (1) per system Description: Vertical type , Centrifugal, Stainless Steel case with 316L SS impeller, corrosion resistant, rated for 550 gpm (124.94 m3 / hr) @ 80 psi (5,50 bar), close coupled to a 30 HP, 3 Phase electric motor, 60Hz configuration, 1800 rpm, 690VAC. Location: Installed on filtration skid frame Automatic Backwashable Multi-Media Filter: Quantity: Three (3) per system Description: 48" [1219.2 mm] Dia. x 72" [1829 mm] H vessel, loaded with sand & graded media, complete with motorized PVC valving to allow for automatic control of service, backwash & rinse operations. Removes suspended solids of 30μ and larger. All three multi-media filters will be used in parallel. During back wash no production of water. Location: Installed on filtration skid frame. 20u Cartridge Filter: Quantity: Eight (8) per system Description: Non-corrosive Fiber-glass filter housing, rated at 10 bar working pressure, complete with two (3) 20μ nominal polypropylene filter cartridges, 102mm diameter x 254mm long, with an effective filtering area of approximately 2.97 m2 each. Cartridge filters are all in parallel. Location: Installed on R.O skid frame. 5u Cartridge Filter: Quantity: Eight (8) per system Description: Non-corrosive Fiber-glass filter housing, rated at 10 bar working pressure, complete with two (3) 5μ nominal polypropylene filter cartridges, 102mm diameter x 254mm long, with an effective filtering area of approximately 2.97 m2 each. Cartridge filters are all in parallel. Location: Installed on R.O skid frame. High Pressure Pump: Quantity: Two (2) per system Description: Axial Piston Positive Displacement Danfoss Pump (APP 26), rated at 110 gpm (25 m3/hr) @ 1000psi (68.90 bar) max, Super Duplex material, Direct couple driven by a 75 HP (55.92kW), 1800 RPM, 690V/60Hz/3Phase, premium efficiency, marine duty, TEFC motor controlled via a Danfoss IP66 VFD with Modbus communication. Location: Installed on R.O skid frame Isave Regeneration Booster Pump: Quantity: Two (2) per system Description: Vein pump coupled with pressure transfer device, rated at 147.5 gpm (33.5 m3/hr) @ 1000psi (68.90 bar) max, Super Duplex material, Direct couple driven by a 30 HP (22kW), 1800 RPM, 690V/60Hz/3Phase, premium efficiency, marine duty, TEFC motor controlled via a Danfoss IP66 VFD with Modbus communication. Location: Installed on R.O skid frame Membrane Elements: Quantity: One-Hundred and Twenty-Eight (128) per system Description: Spiral-wound, Polyamide, Thin Film Composite, Extra High Rejection, Seawater Reverse Osmosis Membrane Elements, 8" (202 mm) Dia. x 40" (1016 mm) L, 400 ft2 (37.16 m2) nominal active area, nominal salt rejection is 99.6%. Expected membrane life range of 3-5 years under normal operation conditions Location: Installed on membrane rack skid. Membrane Housings: Quantity: Sixteen (12) per system Description 8" (203 mm) diameter x 225" (5715 mm) L, Side or End-entry, FRP material, 1000psi (68.90 bar) rated, Super Duplex Victaulic connections, built to ASME code specifications. Location: Installed on membrane rack skid. Automation Control Package: Quantity: One (1) per system Description: Fully integrated automation package allowing for turnkey operation of the system. This package virtually removes the need for operation personnel. Feed water salinity and temperature are recorded by the control system which automatically adjusts the system pressure to maintain maximum product delivery. In addition to all of the features available in the Digital Instrumentation package the Automation package also offers the following additional features: • Full communications ability via previously defined interfaces is provided as standard. • Fully automatic multi-media backwashing and rinsing system complete with backwash cycle imminent warning notices. These notices displayed both locally and remotely identify the requirement for a system backwash. When system
